Definitely be back

I really appreciate the Studio side of this complex. I have stayed at this property several times and it suites my needs exactly. That is when all of the Studio aspects are in place. The front desk is always accommodating and gracious. They love my dogs as much I do. The location is convenient to just about everything you may think of. With each successive visit things are inconsistent in my room. While idea of the back lit headboard is brilliant. Placement of the switch can be a search and destroy mission. The main light and TV switch association another brilliant protocol to foil those who pass out with the TV blaring.. HOWEVER. Flip the mattresses. Ice bucket AND coffee maker in the studio. Please, for the love of all that is human. Bad enough I have to walk the dogs first thing I want coffee to go with it. The kind I bring. And yes, I know you have it in the lobby. The train. The freeway. But you can’t hear them much inside. The perpetual cigarette butts at the entrance. Disgusting and rude. I totally appreciate the first floor consideration. And I’ll be staying there again, I’m certain. I overlook the obvious because it works for me.

Nothing The property was disgusting and the sheets weren’t clean there was blood on the bed the bathroom had poop stains on the toilet and the staff where rude when we asked for more towels they said we couldn’t have anymore and stopped us from using the amenities of the property and where told that we looked young even though I’m 19 and showed a valid Arizona state drivers license

Walking distance to my storage unit and a Circle K convenience store and a donut shop. Full sized fridge. HBO Room air conditioner smelled like body odor and urine. Other rooms did not have that odor. Bathroom door had cracks indicating that it was kicked open. Bed was well used and had the feel of a mattress pad that was lumpy. I slept sideways to get a more comfortable position. Interior hallways had weird odors. Use of automatic air freshener would help, but wet dog odor is hard to mask. No pet areas, so dogs did “business” in parking lot or graveled parking space protectors. Advertised “cooktop” is nonexistent in this motel. Booking.com needs to update their listing. Toaster set off smoke alarm.

I stay here because of the location and it's pet friendly. Also a great price. Even if you don't have a pet, people with pets are pretty chill, and most pets are very well behaved. Staff is very congenial and helpful. Rooms are nice, clean, and it's a good value

The pool was small, the rooms were small. The trip I planned said sleeps 5. It did not. It was two full size beds and no couch or anything else or room for much of anything in the room. The walls are thin. We could hear everything in the halls. People hung around outside which made me uncomfortable.

The air conditioning does not work and the room was extremely uncomfortable. This hotel is in urgent need of maintenance and the AC units need to be repaired or replaced. Management should address these issues immediately.

The price was great, the room was large and comfortable and the staff is quite accommodating. The parking lot is filthy but easily overlooked once you’re inside. Price would likely double to keep it clean outside based on location.

The front staff was nice but never saw housekeeping and had to reuse towels since I was staying there for 3 nights. Had issues with ants in the room but the front staff sent someone to spray which helped. No housekeeping at all the three days I was there. Had better experience there two years ago, might have changes mangers since then don't know.

I’ll stay here every time in Tucson.
