The service was fantastic. The airport shuttle drivers were great and super quick.

Bathroom is a obstacle course, and smelled like sewage. Air handling units smelled like mold. Hummingbird feeder outside the room was nice.

The staff were very helpful and professional. The exercise room could really use a complete set of dumbells and it would have helped drastically. There was no ice on the first floor which was inconvenient.

Not a pleasant stay. Shower leaked all night on to a metal plate inside the shower. There was no hot water to take a shower. The ac unit is loud.You can hear the upstairs people walking around.The positive It was a clean room, sadly wont be staying here again.

I expected a higher standard of quality and more comfortable rooms. The experience was very different from what was shown in the photos which was disappointing

Staff were awesome. They were welcoming, helpful & kind. Hotel was clean and had zero odor. Hotel restaurant smelled amazing, but didn’t eat there. Nice stay.

Toilet broken, only provided a hand held instead of a shower head which was pretty bad and flooded the floor! Noisy AC and did not keep the room cool enough. Noisy street. Terrible breakfast at premium price and very slow service. Can’t see the TV from the bed. Don’t recommend.
