Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Tucson Airport, AZ

A 3 story hotel should always have a working elevator and this one didn't. I didn't get the large suite I paid for becauseof that. I'm moving across country and needed the extra room for the items packed in my car.

Everything No issues

Breakfast is passable for food. Very dated and often out of "stock" Fresh eggs, fresh juice, whole grain items,

It was so clean and super comfortable.. The locations is a little hidden!

Everything was very nice. The breakfast food could use upgrading. A better brand of muffin and bagel would be nice. Also, offer decaf coffee.

The staff was very helpful. They went out of their way to assist me. The room was cozy. The breakfast was good but there could have been more options.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and the free cookies are amazing.

I would have like bacon, but the hot breakfast was good.

Staff were wonderful to solo senior female using a cane. I was moving so I had lots of luggage to be hauled to my room and then down to the free airport shuttle for early AM flight. Every help request granted with a smile. Staff even tracked down my shuttle to retrieve my purse when I got to airline check-in and discovered I had left purse with ID and all my money on the shuttle! Not a complaint but be aware to book disabled compliant room well in advance since they have few.

The staff was beyond nice and very friendly. Everything was clean. I couldn't take a bath because the drain stopper didn't work. But otherwise, everything else was great.

The room was quiet and well kept.

The receptionist in the evening of 5/6/26 was rude and felt as if she was bothered she was checking us in. However, the morning receptionist was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Place was clean and comfortable, enjoyed the breakfast and how close it was to the airport

Very clean they check every day pretty quiet not bad really. Beds need mattresses though soft mushy no thanks Mattresses worn out

This property is under construction. The staff was really nice though, but I would wait until they get done with the construction.

The queen beds. When my husband and I returned to our room we was locked out of our room. I reserved 3 additional days when I checked in with the clerk. The clerk informed me that my husband was a choice member and we could get a additional 15% discount. Once my husband and I could not get into the room I called and was put on hold for a long time. My husband went down to the clerk to find out why we were locked out. The clerk abverdently did not update the reservation due to a shift change. She had it all wrong.. As my husband explained to her, she corrected the problem.. Bur she was rude and disrespectful to my husband and told him to leave or she would have him kicked out. My husband and I checked out of the hotel after we could not reach the manager and did a formal complaint with customer relations on the phone for about a hour. They booked us at another location for the remainderof our stay in Tuscon. I was not pleased with the manager once I spoke to him. He was making all kinds of accusations. He said he had to talk to the clerk. I told him to roll his cameras. He have not contact me back yet.
