The pool wasn’t working and the downstair area where the rooms are was not to clean it said no smoking hotel but unfortunately people don’t obey rules. Other than that the breakfast was good and easy access to the fwy

I had a small issue and the front counter took a while to be understanding. Eventually they came around.

Price Roaches and bugs.

I usually stay there. It's my home away from home. But I will NOT stay there anymore. My Tv.wasn't working in the room. So i went to.the front desk and spoke to the guy Max or Mark don't remember his name. Anyways he told me he would be there to check it in 15 minutes. Half an hour passed and i went back. He was very rude and told me he was busy and would go in 15 minutes. He never showed up to the check the TV. So i stayed in a room where the tv wasnt working.

Nothing! Things were not working had 2 change rooms when I got there in the middle of the night with 3 toddlers. Then I change rooms there was dirt and a dead cockroach in the room. The back door did not work. The only nice lady at the front office at night had to come and open the back door. Door entrance in the back of the hotel did not work, tv did not work, ice machine did not work. Dead cockroach and dirt was in the second room I was moved into. Went to breakfast at 8:15 there was no food lady that was supposed to keep up was on her cell phone stuck on her shoulder and her bra. We all heard her conversation no coffee no juice when I ask for juice for my kiddos then she told me they didn’t have more stuff and breakfast finished at nine then she found some potatoes and brought it to us at 8:50 and I started eating and they started picking up a lot of people left because there was no food nor coffee ready.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was good. Shower was dirty, eww. When I checked in I was hungry and asked if there was a bar or restaurant nearby. The receptionist said yes, and pointed to it. I went to my room, freshened up, and went for dinner. It had been closed for 2 hours already! He said I hadn't asked if it was open. I sent three requests about an airport shuttle and none of my messages were responded to.

Staff was great. The reason I chose this hotel was because it was next to the airport, it had a great pool and a restaurant. But the pool was off limits because of a damage. The restaurant had a cafe feel to it.

Fairly close to Saguaro Nat. Park. For a fairly good price. The breakfast was pretty good as far as hotel breakfasts go A lot of stuff was unclean/grungy. My wife slept fine but I had trouble sleeping

Nothing Literally stinks when you walk in the front door, our room was hot when we got in it, ac barely cooled it down. Dead bees all over the floor in the hallways. We booked another hotel down the road.

Room showers have cracks and roaches come in during through those cracks. Property pool is closed as well as jacuzzi during summer. Poorly maintained property. Staff is great. Management is the problem and it starts from the top.
