Baymont by Wyndham Tucson Airport

Although the room was clean they were stains on the sheets and a long black hair between the sheets. I have short brown hair and I was the only one there. The pillowcases were too big for the size pillows they were in this is not very impressive. Breakfast was okay but the coffee was weak.

Great customer service. Complimentary breakfast is lovely.

It’s a good value option near the airport

La alberca estaba sucia y el agua tenía un olor desagradable. No hay toallas suficientes, llamé a recepción para solicitar toallas ya que necesitábamos para bañarnos y nos dijeron que las estaban lavando, que cuando estuvieran listas las llevarían. Agradezco el buen trabajo de recepción, housekeeping y de cocina, ellos hacen muy buen trabajo hasta donde pueden. La mala puntuación es para las instalaciones del hotel.

Great Staff

Check-in was easy, staff was friendly, no matter which capacity they worked at the hotel. Everyone was quite pleasant. Continental breakfast had a good amount of items to eat, from waffles, to toast and bagels, mini muffins, oranges, scrambled eggs, and hashbrowns. Additionally, there was coffee, milk, and orange juice available for drinking. And cereals for the kids. The Jacuzzi was not open, however, the pool was. We did not partake as much of our weekend was spent with family and we chose not to go after dark. We did have an issue with a clogged toilet that we found upon check-in. They got maintenance out to our room the very next morning and when we returned from our day out in Tucson, the toilet was working much better. Property felt safe and will lit. It was quiet most of the weekend until 7 AM on Monday when there was a trash truck followed by planes taking off at the airport which you were only less than a block and a half from. If I need to go to Tucson again, I would most definitely stay here.

Last minute booking for one night in Tucson following a long trip. Richard on the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. close to the airport terminal.

Staff was excellent, facility clean, breakfast was adequate, gym was not well stocked, but adequate, accessibility a little bit difficult; parking good. One thing was obviously poor was was the room door so poorly hung, that I got the impression someone could look into the room from the hallway, light protruded from the hall all around the door!

My kiddo left his hoodie, and the staff held onto it for pickup weeks later! And shuttle driver was awesome!

For the price it was perfect. Set back from the road a little hard to find. Hidden from the vacant land in front with overgrown natural landscaping…. Bed was good, pillows were something to be desired.

Ac not on prior to moving in, fridge all clocked up with ice. Not fully cleaned.

Eddie at the front desk was amazing. The room was booked for my brother as he experienced a medical emergency and had to fly out of Tucson unexpectedly. The hotel’s shuttle was a great amenity and Eddie made sure my brother got an accessible room. The breakfast made it easy to get a bite to eat before an early flight.

What no type of phone charger in room 328.? Bathroom has a soft tile when stepping into room. Not an inviting landscape for a new visitor.

Last stay was not so good. 1) Room 301. The door latch is broken and does not latch properly without sufficient force. Also the safety latch is missing. 1) the air conditioner in the hallway is not large enough to cool the hallway on the third floor. Some idiot, and yes I mean idiot, on Saturday night turned the temperature down to the lowest setting. Because this AC is too small for this application, it whined and vibrated to the point the entire wing of the building shook. I was awakened by the racket it caused. I had to get up around 1 am and turn up the temperature to the nominal setting of 74 degrees to make it stop vibrating. These ACs at the end of the hallways are the same as the rooms. They are insufficient to cool the hallways beyond proving a slight breeze. All ACs in the hallways that are easily accessible should have the control panels disabled to prevent idiotic attempts to change the settings.

The location is very close to the airport. Our room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The hotel needs curb appeal and professional maintenance. No fruit offered for breakfast but they did have eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereal, breads coffee and juice. It was fine for a one night stay.
