This was a double queen room with an unexpected additional space for a "living room"... a large sofa, work desk, small wet bar counter with microwave and coffeemaker, and fridge underneath, and plenty of drawer space for clothing if needed, along with ironing board and iron. Very clean room, fresh, well kept, roomy and comfortable. Bed was also very comfortable. Being 5 minutes from the airport, it was surprisingly quiet in the room. Plus there was a full breakfast available - including eggs and sausage - not just cereals and fruits, like in some hotels. No complaints about this room. It was a great find.

Loved the fact that this was a great place, we were advised of a great place to eat supper at 4-points and we could leave our car for a week. Who could ask for anything more? Nothing!

It was so bad, I walked out of the room and canceled it. The girl at the front desk acted as if it’s a common occurrence.

Staff was awesome. Tony , max , they was one more I forgot her name young Hispanic Girl. Breakfast was Awesome. Supervisor Carman gets a 10. I would stay Again Thank you Guys. 100%

Allot of problems in the room and there was a car break in.

On time shuttle to the airport No kleenex in room. No hair dryer and no coffee downstairs be fore we had to leave at 6:00 AM No luggage cart available for our multiple bags.

The elevator doors are dirty and have graffiti. The toilet was running all night and needs adjustment. The lack of the breakfast bar not having coffee at 8:00 in the morning.

Really dirty hotel room! Wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before booking. Stains on the bedding was crazy! Don’t stay here

Bed was comfortable. Not a typical Hyatt Place. It seems like the hotel is understaffed and in transition. Breakfast was gross. Room was inexpensive so for one night it was fine.

Bed was ok No phone. No iron or ironing board. No bulb in lamp. Only a few channels on TV worked.
