What was out of service? The TV shows were out of service and the elevator was out of service and the pool was out if service. However, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was quite good. I would stay there again.I think it's a good value

The agent at the front desk was friendly and helpful even though it was late at night.

The staff at the front desk were great. . The room was clean. Shuttle service was great. The elevator close to the front desk was broken. Had to walk to the back of the hotel to get the other elevator. Didn't like that. Didn't feel safe

We honestly don't like staying away from home however Hampton Inn made our stay very welcoming. We had a home emergency that required us to stay away from home and just being in the presence of the pool and communicating with Debbie it was awesome. Debbie has wonderful customer service and she was very pleasant to work with making our check-in extremely easy. During our stay I needed to communicate with her for a few things and questions that I had and everything was on point. Thank goodness we went to the pool early unfortunately the rain caught us but heading up to the room with a cold AC, nice shower, and some Hallmark movies it was perfect. The breakfast was also amazing and my husband's sweet treat was a banana bread waffle. Thank you Hampton Inn for making us feel comfortable and welcoming us.
