Hampton Inn Tucson-Airport

Water was clean, pool area was tidy and there were always clean towels available. The front desk attendants were polite and very helpful and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Thank you so much 🤓

Room was very fine. Shuttle to airport was great. Didn't have breakfast before we left (too early) but were offered juice and had coffee.

The hotel was very nice minus the floor of the shower. It was dirty and had hair on it. I cleaned it prior to using it. Everything else was clean and nice.

Worst maintained Hampton I have visited. A/C filter in the room did not exist. Congested all day and night due to dirty air. Bathroom sink did not drain. Shower door was stuck with shower head that should have been replaced years ago. Mattress extremely old giving us gramps throughout the night. The lobby where breakfast was swerved had dirty A/C supply vents as well as return vents. Ceiling tiles were stains from A/C condensation leaks. The staff was pleasant but shows lack of supervision from management.

The front desk staff person, Debbie, was extremely helpful and friendly. Pool hours are not clearly posted anywhere.

Price I did t dislike anything

Room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable and firm enough. Breakfast was good.

We enjoyed our stay, the carpet is a bit outdated but not dirty, the pool area and pool itself was full of leaves, so a bit maintance will be very appreciated

We booked a queen room with a balcony; however, there was no balcony. Actually, there was no closet and minimal space for suitcases. The closet consisted of hooks on a wall behind a curtain. I didn’t like the fact that the room was not as advertised.

The room was clean and inviting. The breakfast was fresh and good tasting. I can and will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Older hotel but pretty clean, staff extremely friendly. Hot water is not great nor were the pillows. Housekeeping does not come every day but you can still get more towels etc… Internet goes in and out but plenty of parking and really close to airport.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is really friendly. Only drawback is every time someone flushed their toilet our toilet would run.

Shower did not drain properly.

Very helpful finding a restaurant for dinner. Airport is right around the corner.
