The airport shuttle arrived within 10 minutes of my call. Shuttle driver and front desk clerk were very friendly. Room was spacious and clean.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I am traveling in and out of Tucson. The staff and the amenities are bar none! Very helpful, very friendly, a great place to stay!

Everything was perfect except for the AC in the room. The AC was set at 60 however the room felt like it was 85°. It was super hot.

Checking in was easy and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room I stayed in was spacious,.clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The room needed a few minor (cosmetic) repairs due to age however, nothing that would keep me from staying there again.

I did not text someone get the accessible room I had reserved the toilet was very very low really hard for somebody who's just coming off a hip surgery. The staff was wonderful very accommodating I have no complaints there

It was disappointing to see that the rooms have become worn. Also the breakfast has become limited. Hopefully this hotel will receive some care to bring it up to good standards again.
