Arrived very late (well after midnight) due to flight delays. The shuttle was prompt and friendly, Desk staff made sure I had everything I needed. I’ll go back next time I fly in or out of Tucson.

Breakfast was kind of a limited selection, but was enjoyable. Ive gotten used to in room coffee, but it wasn't a big deal to pop down to the lobby first thing in the morning.

Upon our arrival, we observed that the sofa cushions were not in place, and the mattress(es) had been moved away from the wall along with the nightstand.

We stayed on the second floor and could hear sounds and footsteps in the room above us. I would like better sound insulation between floors. The pool is of nice size, but there is no shaded area and no sun protection for the pool, making the pool nearly unusable during daylight hours. Some sort of sun sail over a portion of the pool would make a huge difference. We did not try the hot tub. I found the breakfast to be very disappointing. My expectation for "breakfast included" is scrambled eggs, breakfast meat (sausage and/or bacon), fruit (more than just a bowl of apples), a couple of choices of toast or waffles. The breakfast offering at Spark would more accurately be described as a morning snack.

We SPECIFICALLY chose this Hotel for shuttle service to Tucson Airport arranging for a 5:00am pickup. Went down to the lobby at the pre-arranged time to find out the shuttle was not available. We were left scrambling on our own with no help from staff....
