They sid not care and just it’s not there problem I didn’t like smell.

We had to switch rooms dur to AC unit outages and had unfortunately get different hotel all together due to no ac in both rooms we were put into. The staff were great but having no AC and traveling for 4 hours we wanted to be comfortable and cool. But overall if the AC was working properly I would give it 5 stars.

The rooms need updating. They smell musty and smoky to the extent our eyes were both irritated. The air conditioner was not working properly, which is not OK during summer in Arizona. One of two lobby elevators was out of order. This hotel needs to put in some work to be up to standard.

Overall the stay was ok. The property needs to be refurbished. Old furniture and worn carpets. Had a restaurant on site which was convenient. Friendly and helpful staff.

The property was not as kept up as we would expect for a Hilton brand. The room was very outdated and smelled.

Phones in rooms didn’t work either, we had to walk to front and request a box fans we saw staff passing out when we decide to hit the pool because rooms were Hot.. Hotel grounds looked like it was beautiful when it was built, but you could tell it’s been around for years. Mini-split is my recommendation for all rooms and some TLC in maintenance for phones and outlets that didn’t work. What we did love is that each room has 2 different rooms and plenty of seating ,mini suites, couch, table 2 chairs, with wet bars and each rooms had TV’s. Could be great place to stay if owners cared more.

Run down property my AC never worked great room was warm all week and i was unable to sleep well. Staff said thats normal for this time of year. Thats unacceptable and not Hilton quality

We booked one with after celebrating my one year olds birthday in town, there was no hot water so I couldn’t bathe my child. The air conditioning DOES NOT WORK, if you sleep warm I do not recommend this place.

The Staff was good. There is not much more that I can comment on.

We stayed here 6 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and quiet. Exceptional convenient to Tucson AirPort. My only disappointment was the buffet American breakfast included in my rate was not available the entire week. The restaurant substituted a breakfast which was good at all. I ended up each morning going to Dennys around the corner. Otherwise this was a wonderful stay at the Hotel

I will stay here whenever I fly to Tucson for work from now on.

We were honestly just there for a swim-cation and some Xbox at night.

Service was good , room a little to warm for yhe season..but the pool definitely made up for that..

The rooms were large with separate bedroom and living areas. Surprised to find a double Kuerig which made 2 cups at the same time! The pool was refreshing and the courtyard area was relaxing. We stayed out there all day while enjoying the pool. Just make sure to bring your own pool towel or take one from the room, the ones available at the pool were hand towel sized and not much use at all. Staff was pleasant and helpful especially since we did last-minute reservations! Also no free breakfast of any kind here!

There was only one ice machine on the whole property. On the first day, there were 2 ice machines, but one was in poor condition and had visibly filthy conditions at the back of the ice machine. The rooms had grime under the rims of the toilets. Only one of two elevators at the main hotel area was working. The only staff member who was welcoming, friendly and professional was JOSE. He made a great recommendation for a local restaurant: El Sur, which made a difference in our experience in Tucson. Katelyn, though, was very rude, and charged for the "complimentary water bottles that are offered guests at check-in". She charged $3 for each water bottle, and only reluctantly offered a "complimentary cookie" when asked how much she planned on charging me. The rooms need updating, especially room 362. Do yourself a favor and inspect the room before unpacking, so you can request a clean, updated, safe room for a more pleasant stay.

Rooms were generously sized and well lit for working or reading. Both a fridge and microwave were available. Given the spacious suite, the bathroom was shockingly small and shower did not drain properly. Room was definitely well worn and in need of updating but clean and comfortable. Staff in the evening were extremely nice, in the morning seemed a bit clueless.

The room was rather dated, bed wasn't very comfortable and towels were dingy. For the price it was decent but for the rep double tree usually has it didn't meet the standards im used to. The breakfast at the adjoining restaurant finagins wasn't very good..
