DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Tucson Airport

I’ve stayed at hotels across the US, Europe, Asia and South America and this by far has been the best hotel experience, It is next to the airport so there is jet noise but the beauty of the property, the helpfulness of the staff, an excellent restaurant and pub, and convenience to local retail establishments make this hotel a great find.

The rooms are old and not well maintained. The rug looked like there was blood on the carpet. The two phones they had for the front desk didn't work. The upside was a comfortable bed and quiet space.

Wonderful all suites hotel at the entrance of the aircraft. Excellently appointed suites, great service and a great restaurant at reasonable prices.

The hotel is nice but looks a bit tired. The room is very nice size; there is also a small but comfortable size living room before you get to your bedroom. It is a very nice set up but new rugs are needed as the ones there now have spots; the front door as well as the bathroom door need to be updated. The front door is a bit hard to open and to close; the bathroom door cannot be closed completely. The bed was wonderful! Great bed, very comfortable and perfect for my back. The pillows were also very nice. The linens were very, very clean. Overall, nice place, the bedrooms just need a little uplift.

Good atmosphere No channel guide. Every channel takes 3 to 4 seconds to change

The rooms smell real bad as cigarette and it smells too like moisture. It’s like old they need to renew this hotel. Everything is old even they didn’t even leave us shampoo in the shower. I had to go to the office and let them know the AC was not working that good. Hopefully they can fix this issues.

Very cozy and very quiet…we always feel right at home when we stay here and are looking forward to next time

TV in bedroom worked good, no guide available is my only complaint. TV in living room area wouldn't come on at all. Great convenient location next to airport and great shuttle service

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but the room had a musty smell and the furnishings are a bit out dated.

Very outdated. Not clean

I had booked my room for a week and didn’t have the time nor the patience to switch my reservation when things went wrong. Our first room we checked into had no AC, no water pressure at all and the fridge was broken. They gave us another room with an ok AC didn’t get cold but was cool. Everything is outdated which I was shocked because it’s a doubletree. Electricity went out one day a couple times over 20 minutes long. Even with everything that went wrong it was in a good location next to airport.

Had to stay it was too late for me to make the drive home to Sierra Vista. Just a nice place to stay. Free beer would have been good!

Been before. Still a great place. Bed was great.

Everyone was helpful, it was good to have a restaurant on site. The furniture and bathroom were old and slightly shabby but were fine for one night.
