Clean room loved the comforts of the sweet, happy hour and free breakfast.

The amenities at this property were great and provided an excellent experience. Additionally, the breakfast food was fantastic, and the breakfast staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. A big thank you to the breakfast team for providing such wonderful service! I am deeply disappointed by the poor customer service, lack of communication, and unresolved billing issues at this property. When I checked in on July 16, the front desk agent was highly dismissive. She treated my routine questions about an unexpected parking fee as an inconvenience. After getting to our room we called down to get extra towels. She assured us that someone would be up with them; no one came. I also remembered that I gave her the wrong license plate number so I called down AGAIN to update the existing parking details and request towels for a second time. She claimed it was updated and that someone was on the way; again no one came. Despite doing everything right on my end, I was charged double for parking at checkout ($60). The agent on duty (different woman) stated she could not reverse the charge, but she wrote my concerns and information down and promised a manager would call me that following Monday. It is now well past that deadline, and I have received zero communication and no refund.

Everything was wonderful! The breakfast was especially great, with a beautiful view. We really enjoyed our stay! The only thing we didn’t like was the additional fee for parking. We feel parking should be included in the room price.

Very good
-
Great location; large rooms with closet space to store luggage; fantastic pool; breakfast included You have to pay for parking-- in Tucson!? And I did not see/notice that when booking; Breakfast ended so early
-
Nice area but the bed was very uncomfortable and bedding was way too heavy for Arizona. The hotel now charges $15.00 a day to park on their property! Paying for daily parking is highly unusual in Tucson.
-
Left my I-phone at the gym 💪 and the staff were there ultra professional and returned it safely and promptly——
-
For the most part, my stay was pleasant. I was not really happy about paying to park during my stay, but it seems to be the new trend with hotels.
-
Beautiful room Layout of the property for pool and gym required a lot of walking.

Breakfast items are limited.

We had a beautiful top floor, balcony room , overlooking the pool that even had a side view of the Catalina Mountains. All the Staff were friendly, helpful, and terrific. The free morning breakfast was outstanding.

The breakfast at Embassy Suites use to have a large selection. At this location same 3 things every day, scrambled eggs, bacon or shriveled up sausages and greasy potatoes. We have always stayed there because of the breakfast but no longer. Might as well stay at Holliday Inn, at least they have a Waffle Maker. The room we stayed in had no thermostat and we were so cold. The aircon unit was in the bedroom and ran all night and interrupted our sleep.
