We were guests at the property with a room. We had expected to dine in restaurant. We found it empty and coat at five o’clock

Big spacious room and bathroom with a great view. Bath products were a plus. Dining at both restaurants was excellent. Pools were the week spot, not well maintained.

The breakfast was delicious. Steve, the host in the mornings, was absolutely hands-down fantastic. His bright smile and positive attitude was just what we needed after having to work with the staff the previous evening. The staff in the evening wasn’t so great. The waiter was really good. One of the managers in the evening at the restaurant was not the nicest person. The history of the place is really incredible and the grounds are gorgeous. The pools were really nice, but all of this hot tubs were shut down. Alysia (I believe was her name) was a lovely young girl who worked there that made our stay amazing! Between running back-and-forth to peoples rooms with their orders or to clean rooms, she would bring orders to the pool and was very friendly and sweet to everyone she did an amazing job!
