John went above and beyond to answer any questions and help in any way he could. The food was outstanding. The bar/restaurant was very comfortable. The Marguerita’s were awesome. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everyone that I encountered was very professional and helpful. The pool / hot tub was beautiful. Highly recommended.

A beautiful small hotel but poor response to a simple problem.

Nice pool, bar staff was great, nice common area. Bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Front desk staff were not super helpful, not enough staff. Bed was very hard.
