The staff. The pool was out of service and the hotel needs upgrades.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean. The staff is nice, friendly and helpful. Parking is easy. Breakfast is good. We'll stay here again.

Pool was out due to maintenance needs, the workout room’s lighting sucks after dark, they didn’t have enough pancakes for their free breakfast. None of those are deal breakers but for the sake of an honest review those were the flaws. Great value, excellent customer service, clean, location is good, and everything else was perfect. My second stay there, I’ll be returning again in the future.

Staff needs to be more patient and kind to the clients

I booked and paid for a night with a jacuzzi tub, $40 difference than a regular room. Buy my first night, I was not put in the correct one and when I brought it to their attention (6pm) they told mr sorry, talk to a certain employee tomorrow, he will refund you or give you an extra night or something.. spoke to him the next day and got an apology and refund of $35. We gotmoved to an appropriate room. But there were no bathroom amenities. No towels at the tub, no bubble bath or bath salts (etc) no robe. No instructions either. Luckily it was easy to figure out. Other than that, the rooms were good, clean, blackout curtains, housekeeping never came, but its n big deal. I had kids with me anyway.

Good breakfast, friendly staff. I was here with my wife for her job and they were kind enough to let me use the pool, fitness center and offered for me to wait in the lobby until she got off. Lobby is really nice by the way. 5 star staff here Room slightly dirty( missed vacuum spots) not a huge deal but I still like a proper cleaned room. Other than that the stay was great.

Great hotel to stay . Mostly it’s in front of the Tucson Mall . Clean , AC worked good , bed is comfortable. Tv worked great . Wished there were phone chargers in the lamps . But everything was good.

clean and great staff did AC quality for room to room is drastically different I would usually stay in room 140 ice cold amazing wonderful just like I like it and then I at my last day I went to room 129 AC unit that thing I have to run all night to get to where 140 would get in the first 5 minutes as in form of how cold it would get that was my only complaint about that. you take the elevator to go out to any of the levels of the hotel nothing Rock Creeks and pops makes things like you're about to fall through the floor or something it's a little worrisome going up down the elevator and then machines crazily priced I know it's a hotel but it's not an amusement park or airport for crying out loud.

It was a nice stay. Close to the mall and Funtastics which was great. Wish there was a water station but they did have a coffee station.

Quiet location, very good breakfast, clean and comforble.

Great place to stay

The only downside was with breakfast. While hot and fresh, there were quantity issues from time to time with the hot items. I did not take this as a lack of effort by the staff, but rather as direction from management to preserve resources. Thanks to the staff and the cleanliness of the entire facility, this will be the hotel we use for our biannual Tucson trips.

Nice stay for my work trip to Tucson. Clean room, and AC blew cold.
