Exceptional

The condensate line from the ac was clogged so the drain pan was full and made the ac spit drops of water. It made spitting sounds all night but was still cold. Not a deal breaker.

Great price for a great Hotel,
-
Well priced but the included breakfast had minimal options, and most importantly, the ac in my room recirculated humidity into the room making it very uncomfortable

Great facility

The hotel looked like a historical place to me
-
The beds were comfy, the bathroom with enough towels but I would have preferred a shower and not a bathtube. The entry hall is huge and beautiful, the rooms could have some renovation.

Exceptional
-
Walls in room were dirty, there was some foreign substances on the bed skirt and end table. Bathroom smelled bad when we first entered.
-
The breakfast was lacking. They clearly weren’t prepared for the number of people staying because there was hardly anything left to eat with 2 hours left in breakfast.
-
The room was really nice and very unexpected. The bed was very comfortable.

Amazing customer service at front desk
