The Westin La Paloma Resort and Spa

Had a great stay the only thing that through me off was the scum ring around the pool tile. Staff was very nice, room was clean, and the resort was very dog friendly.

Perfect! Nothing else to add.

Me and my family had wonderful stay, The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you for the excellent experience.

First time staying at La Paloma. Beautiful hotel and location and the staff were excellent. Air conditioner was noisy and so hard to sleep, but that was the only issue. Everything else was great!

The staff is super friendly, always willing to answer questions. We Were there for 4th of July weekend and they had lots of activities and just pure fun! Can't wait to go back!

Pool got pretty packed and not enough seating with shade.

Atmosphere

Our server at the pool, George, was wonderful. Very attentive and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. And the valets and cart drivers were all very kind. I reserved 4 rooms for myself and family. 2 rooms were on 1 side of the property and 2 rooms were on the complete other side of the property. Not satisfactory. Difficult to spend time together when you're so far apart. Jessica at the front desk was rude and impertinent. I understand they had a very large group in. Well then, they shouldn't have accepted my reservation. And room service took over an hour, they forgot the juice, and the breads were hard and stale from sitting and waiting so long. Complete waste of money.

Room not available. Upgraded room. Front desk lady forgot to give me keys..Ran outside to give to me. Room smelled like septic. Went to pool bar but it closed at 7pm. Wanted to jump in Jacuzzi. Both packed. Smaller one family with kids with swim wings. Larger one all young adults facing away on phones. Went to restaurant to get drinks. They couldn't make a Pina Colada. Ordered 5 drinks total 3 pieces of hard bread. $126. Back in the room power kept turning off and on all night. AC would shut off Room get hot. Bed was too soft. Next morning went to get in the Jacuzzi. Large Jacuzzi out of order. Smaller one same Family again with kids with water wings. Back to hotel to shower and leave. Text on phone need to pay for parking. We checked in late night before. Want more money not 24hrs. We decided to skip the shower. Got dressed and left. Staff was friendly

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is beautiful. The gym is very clean with lots of workout equipment. The pool which is the reason I selected the property, had murky water, there was no shade and this area was my least favorite.

The property is very well taken care of the rooms are very nice and the only thing they could improve on is on these hot summer days they need to have a few more umbrellas because you take one umbrella to put it for two but then there's two and three chairs that do not have any shade that would be an improvement for more umbrellas

The staff is awesome and the restaurants are amazing. The pool was dirty, beer cans and cups from night before, my room was supposed to have 2 beds in it ( king and a sofa bed) it only had 1 bed and they couldn’t fix that for me. And my Mountain View was decent if you hung over the balcony and looked around the building.

The room was very comfortable with a view for the golf course. I liked the lobby bar, friendly staff, good view of the mountains. Breakfast in my room was good; I suggest the breakfast burrito! Very good overall stay! The bathtub had bugs. There were not enough towels.

Definitely could have been cleaner. Very dirty floors.

3rd time staying at La Paloma, very nice resort with nice pools and views of the mountains. Be aware if you want to play on the Har-Tru clay courts, they are under construction, which was a major disappointment. It was the only reason for our stay as we wanted to prepare our daughter on playing on clay since she will be playing on red clay soon. The late checkout was nice though
