I only ever stay here when in Tucson. The best.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and our stay. Staff, restaurants, views - everything excellent. One slight drawback: Because the amenities are also shared with a club, they can get very busy. The pools, in particular, although very nice were jammed fuller than a carnival cruise - inside, outside, around. It was hot, but we chose not to use them because it was wall to wall with people, even in the water. Aside from that, we were very impressed.

My new favorite resort in Tucson. Clean spacious room with a comfortable bed and a nice lanai for viewing the golf course. Tequila bar has stunning views of the Catalina mountain delicious drinks and live music. Contigo restaurant on premise did not disappoint and we had a delicious fish dinner. Adult pool was refreshing with poolside service and DJ. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

It was FANTASTIC the staff were very nice and just great... I always stay there its a great experience..

The A/C in our room was not working well. Temp wouldn't come down below 77 degrees with unit running constantly. Switched rooms for our 2nd night...room only cooled down to 75 degrees despite the a/c running constantly. Also, room-phone was not working during or 2nd night. I had to walk down to the front desk to order room service. We have been coming to the Westin La Paloma for 35 years. Overall, it is disappointing to see how the property seems to have degraded without sufficient attention to the usual amenities, even though the price for a 2-night has continued to increase over time.

The staff were great. They responded to our requests. The room was not ready and needed a touch up after we got the room. But the front desk staff quickly corrected the issue. Pool area was great.
-
Room seemed a little outdated and they need to do a better job in cleaning the rooms.

Kids loved loved loved the water slide. We enjoyed watching them from the swim up bar. Beautiful grounds. Lovely rooms. Excellent restaurants onsite.

Food was exceptional! The staff treated us like royalty, especially the transport drivers. A special comment about Dino, who was so kind and personable. He remembers my name every year, and makes the Westin experience so divine!! The hot tub has been broken for 3-4 months...when I was there in May, it wasn't working, and it still isn't working in August. I'm coming back after Labor Day. I hope this is fixed by then. This is not what I expect of Westin.

Swim up bar was nice addition. 4 Relaxing pools & waterslide.
-
Great hotel with beautiful rooms and gorgeous view. But.. alot of additional charges (like parking!). And the parking was not convenient or close.
-
Nice and clean. The staff doesn't bother you. The pool bar closes early.
-
The pool was good and clean. The staff was decent. There were hidden fees after booking that wasn't told were going to happen. We were charged almost 200 more then the total price. Both ice machines were broken that were closest to us. When we called to dicuss the problem we were on hold for over 25 minutes. This was very disappointing.

Beautiful property! Our first stay there. Teen kids enjoyed the slide and the pool. Not really much to offer for breakfast so you might have to make other plans like we did. Front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially Michelle, who really came through for us. Michelle you’re the best. Would stay again. :)
-
Pool was closed during our stay, room was way too far from the lobby, had to send for a golf cart to get a ride everywhere on the property, parking is a joke, make sure you valet park if you stay here, not the best experience but the staff was great.

Very festive for the holiday Advertisement was misleading
-
Rooms were very clean. Pool area was enjoyable but not as clean as it could have been. Pool looked dirty. Closed for an hour when we arrived due to emesis in pool. Pool deck had a lot of garbage around
-
The restaurant was not staffed well so we waited about 5 minutes before anyone greeted us. Service was slow. Better staffed restaurant
-
Chris was amazing along with the rest of the staff. The place was beautiful and i will highly recommend it to family and friends!
