It was a worse hotel ive stayed at. There was no hot water for both.The nights I stayed. Killed multiple cockroaches. Holes in the blanket. Holes in the window curtain. The t v wasn't even on a stand it was lain up against the wall. Bottom line is, I would like a refund. I shouldn't have to pay for that. I talked to the property manager. His name is Isaac last name G. And he already approved the refund.He just told me to call you guys

There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room EVERYTHING ROACHES IN THE BED,NO HOT WATER,DINGY TOWELS,THE ROOM STANK SO BAD. WOULD RATHER STAY IN A HOMELESS ENCAMPMENT THAN TO EVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

No care No care

I didn’t like absolutely nothing from the property The location, the entire building was torn up the room were not suitable for a stay at all. They seem that there was some homeless people staying there. Roaches where claiming they the furniture

When we got there the tv was already broken but they brought us a new one after we complained about it and there was also no toilet paper amongst our arrival and only 1 towel which we also were provided more of with after notifying them of. Oh and also the cable box cord was a rap-arounder for proper functionality. So all in all it was a sh** box of a room. But the staff was nice. And we thankfully got our deposit back after we got them to spruce up the room correctly lol

Not a thing The was a dump tv didn't work lights didn't work and when I told them I wanted a refund and was told they couldn't refund the money for the room cause it was nonrefundable þ

Nothing Everything including backed up plumbing and insects every where.

Room - TV didn't work, No TP, curtains did not close over the window, and looked like they had been wrapped around a dead body - door rickety, not secure - characters roaming around outside, check-in dicey, fairly rude attendant - room next door had been condemned by city - a murder there last July - a newspaper article about the place says the city is about to condemn it - MOTEL HELL!

Nothing at all my money was taken and the company refused to refund me this place is so very unfit I am seeking legal action simply because service were not rendered and they refuse to refund however there were two others in front of me that demanded a refund horrible experience I was not even checked in at all and still no refund very disappointed

Its was horrible infested with bugs very dirty carpets it un habitable very bad smell bathroom nasty

So during what's called the Gem Show in Tucson, AZ, the hotels all over the city are price astronomically. This place had a fair price so I booked it. Area wasn't too bad; It’s right near an Albertson's, Chase Bank, and a few fast food restaurants. But t Ewwwwww....he rooms are indescribably gross. The lamps near the bed did not work upon my arrival. Neither did the TV. Now I must say; the staff was 10 out of 10 with their service and effort. But if you are not a drug addict, it’s probably be blessed. You don’t stay here.

Bugs, no toilet paper, no towels

Everything was awful!! Customer service extremely slow & dismissive. Once I checked in walked to the assigned room, The curtains were falling apart & falling off from top frame, you could see everything inside the room, everything was dirty, a thick layer of dust as if no one had cleaned it for weeks. The bed was dishavel & the carpet was disgusting. I turned around and went back to the front desk & told the clerk I needed to cancel this and get a refund. I couldn't even walk in to the room. He didn't argue he cancelled and stated I wasn't going to be charged. EVERYTHING!!!;

Nothing.. hooker's selling trying to sell them self's to my son other people trying to get my son to get them drugs roaches as big as my thumb.. No hot water

Nothing The room is terrible and needs renovation. Room service is bad there are no towels, soap, toilet paper. You have to ask him to give you everything. Bed covers torn dirty. Cockroaches in the room.
