Hyatt Place Tucson – Central

We part of Vehicle came in about 9:00 PM ParkVehicle where he told us to on the side of the building As we were unloading are luggage we noticed security guard outside felt comfortable seeing him there we entered our room no more 15 minutes. There was enough on the door. No one identified themselves so I did not answer the phone the door I assume it was security. They asked if my vehicle was parked in the front entrance of the building I said no but he repeated himself and I’ve just kept telling him.no no so that was it scary experience for me. Don’t know who it was. Maybe it was security or not. Everything else it’s wonderful.

Door to room stayed open

The room was clean and there was ample parking. The wifi was easy to access and it was close to essential services.

AC in room worked well. Hallways and elevator were warm. Breakfast items were fresh and displayed nicely. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Was woken up at 7:30 by the fire alarm. Went down to front desk and they tryed to play it off like nothing happened. They back in our room there was still an alarm going off in the laundry room next to us. The general manager came to turn that alarm off. I asked what the deal was and he also trying to play it off as no big deal. I pointed out that their fire doors could not close do to a smoke alarm blocking it from opening. The other door was blocked by a trash can. He then started yelling at me that I didn’t understand it was an accident. My kids were crying and they didn’t care. Worst stay at a Hyatt ever.

Comfortable room

Checked in late at night after a long drive. A lot of construction in the area but it’s right off the freeway. The front desk lady was super nice and attentive.

Water pressure on the third floor is really weak, but other than that it was a great stay.

Clean room, had no issues. Breakfast was great.

All the staff I interacted with was very pleasant and helpful. It made the stay more enjoyable. I will be returning when I am in town!

Staff was helpful and friendly

I rented five rooms for my son's graduation.And unfortunately, not all the rooms were ready.At the same time. Understandable as they explain that sometimes some people have late checkouts, which only allows them to have one hour to tend to rooms. However, the staff redeemed themselves when I came in later on that evening after graduation.And I did not have to do anything she had my keys ready.When I walked up. Thank you! The rooms were well maintained, cleaned and comfy

No body smiles . the front desk guy I didn't understand a word he said , he speaks 100 word per minute . The price should not be over $200

Clean room, parking a little sketchy, located behind a circle k, no complimentary water. No room service. Carpet not sure if clean. Bed was nice

Great staff, clean comfy room and great breakfast. Will stay again.
