Was good stay

Room is dirty, smelled like body odor and feet. Got to the hotel and there were people with lawn chairs sitting in circles. Got our key and went to our room, got locked out of the bathroom so they had to switch us rooms. Door doesn’t properly work so you have to do a weird pull and push method to open it, prior to getting help for that we were unable to even open our door. Bath tub had stains and damaged floors. Floors were absolutely filthy, always wear sandals or shoes of some sort. Again had a unclean smell. There’s not someone at the lobby 24/7, we had to call several times and then someone came from one of the hotel rooms. You can hear everything when you’re in the room, people talking/walking/parking their cars, etc. We chose this hotel because we needed a last minute affordable stay, definitely will say to spend more money if you want to have a better stay. Overall not a good area either, horrible roads and tons of homeless who hang around the hotel.

Basic room, but comfy beds and good wifi. Nice staff. A simple continental brekkie would have been nice, but they offered nothing. LAME!

Friendly helpful staff, and good people staying there who were easy to chat to. Great price, being probably the cheapest place to stay in Tucson, and I'd definitely recommend it for anyone on a budget Awkward location, being in the south of tucson, but free bus routes meant everywhere was fairly easily accessible. Some issues with paint peeling on doorframes and a small bit of paper peeling in the bathroom ceiling but nothing unclean in the room at all

Room was nice and I enjoyed the pool.

Horrible service experience and this was the sixth stay and other times it was a pleasant experience. Not this time.

Front desk lady at check in was awesome! I have mobility challenges and young lady moved things around to accommodate me by putting us on ground floor. At check out, young lady equally as polite and professional. Ample parking, clean room, great air con - need that in Tucson! Great value for a one night stay!

Great customer service everybody was pleasant room were very clean and smelt good and had all the room amenities clean towels clean shoes clean refrigerator clean microwave I was impressed had a great day
