A cheap, bargain-friendly hotel where you can get a good night's sleep. Clean, simple, and an ice cold AC unit.
-
It was a nice stay. Quiet, and the location was Central to our needs. I'll definitely stay again when we have business in that area.

Location Staff
-
Accidently booked though expedite for the town. Expedite try calling the hotel to see if I can a refund or at less partial refund . But they would not pick up the phone or at least expedite couldn't get them on the phone.

Terrible , would never stay again. Bugs in bathroom, pillow stains on a new check-in room disgusting. Place is run down
-
Front desk staff was rude.
-
Place is quiet and no one bugs you there Initial check in sucked..wouldn't let me check in even a little early. One of the ladies at the front desk has a horrible attitude is rude and has zero people skills but she's been there for years so if you can get past that it's not a bad place

I liked the police response time to the motel as they were there five of my eight night stay The staff was horribly rude especially the manager. My key failed two nights in a row and I had to Waite for two hours to get let into my room and the manager treated me like I did something wrong when it was the key that failed and she would not answer the emerger lockout number. The place was infested with drug addicts and homeless people but they were nothing compared to the vile staff at this place ( with the exception of the lady who worked the afternoon shift on Wednesday. She was courteous understanding and respectful).

The staff was so disrespectful and rude. I couldn't believe they treated me the way they did.. Pretty much everything

The office closes at 11, if you lock yourself out the room good luck getting in touch with the. Night manager. Also pretty sure someone came into my room while I was in the shower as small piece of property of mine went missing while in there. Also certain an extra key was handed out as at 5am two guys (although invited) somehow let themselves in my room without the door being opened, knocked on or me being awake. I was only given 1 key to my room when they left I had two keys to my room.

DONT STAY HERE!!!!!! This place looks like a crack house/homeless shelter. I didn’t stayed i was so scared! It’s dirty and a mess. I walk in and walk out! There’s people who live there and don’t look too friendly. It was basically like skip row in LA

Let me pay and make reservations had me wait in the heat with my dog till 3 for check in when I requested to check in early. Said I was DNR but wouldn’t explain anything to me. The dates they have I wasn’t even there I have my receipts from ALL my stays. So be expecting a call from my attorney.

I don't know her name but there is one particular staff member who was WONDERFUL. Another barely spoke any English but I only had her once. I stayed here likely 10 times, one day each. Decent building, though older. I generally only stayed on Sundays. I encountered one staff member that barely understood any English. There are also occasionally roaches, though small so they seem to be trying.

It’s close to Joshua Tree NP, it was nice to have a fridge and microwave. The stove worked but there were no pots or pans to use. We booked 2 king beds but were given 2 queens. There were 4 of us, only one towel in the room and our second bed had no blanket, just a sheet. Staff was helpful, brought us the linens we needed once housekeeping was done washing things. Floor could have been cleaner.
