Nothing All, it wasn't what was expected. Our reservation wasn't what I ordered. 2 beds in the room & one showed how old it was all lumpy & hard. The room smelled of pet odor. It was gross! I asked for a refund & was told I'd have to go on the website. Still no reply from website. The lady at the counter didn't even try to move our room to the right one which we had "reserved" or get us to stay. Bad experience luckily we found another hotel in the city that was great at short notice.

The room was clean and well maintained (painted). But it is old, and several of the power sockets are faulty and the window only had black-outs but not the normal ones to let sunlight in without letting people on the outside see everything

Pretty basic, clean motel. There was only one towel in the room, though.

First room reeked of “smoke”, was given another room to find out as we were leaving there were roaches as well.

This is a ghetto hotel filled with homeless people and dog crap all over the property because people don’t pick up after themselves the rooms though clean missing towels soap and they don’t have much discretion on who they let stay there. This is a bad part of town keep that in mind, a lot of gang members throwing parties in the hotel rooms, and I slept with my gun under my pillow all night. The staff however, was very polite. They didn’t even have enough towels because people go through them and leave them in such a state that they have to be thrown away. I’m not blaming the facility 100% because it’s the quality the guests that really affect the overall condition of the property.

First off, I have stayed here quite a bit over these last 3 years and this location has always had a huge problem with cockroaches and bugs in the rooms; in the landscape etc. I had roaches coming out of nowhere from my bathroom fan etc. I had non working amenities, the staff all except for 3 members are garbage and have severe issues with lying. I had a police report pulled up and the cop learned that the staff lies to manipulate whatever it is they are after. I'm NOT satisfied with my stay, i had 3 other friends staying in separate rooms at same time they all have same issues. I recorded a video of staff picking my door lock rod and letting themselves into my room also after i with proof had already paid for a later stay. So take it as it is, do NOT go here unless u like drama bugs and bad service.

Nothing the see service is horrible don't have no towels and sheets facilities have roaches and bugs Need to shut the whole illegal people and property down prices are ok but the people who is running it is a definite no

It was a good price and it was clean There wasnt a trash can in the room not even in the bathroom

Cons: Run down building and rooms No elevator Not a desirable location/neighborhood Thin towels - only 1 towel/1 hand towel No hairdryer Microwave didn’t work Water to kitchenette sink doesn’t get hot No mattress pad on mattress No blanket on bed only sheets (not fitted) Keys don’t work regularly to get in Parking lot has regulars outside smoking leaving butts all over the place Caution tape over balcony railing 2nd floor overlooking pool. Not near any restaurants, next to an RV parking place. Lots of construction right next to the building!!

Stay away!!!!! They are RUDE. They tried telling me that they were fully booked. I made a reservation the day before AND it was paid forn They should have never checked my room out if I had a reservation and it was paid for!! I will NEVER stay POS

Nice and clean room. Really quiet, got a good night's rest. Thank you for the rest Things was good, no complaints
