I was unable to check out correctly (because no one was at the front desk) I have tried to call the office and there is no answer. I left a message message and no response.

I will NEVER recommend or stay here again. I checked in about 430pm and by 530pm was headed to emergency vet office because my service dog got exposed to fentynol and overdosed. My dog would have died had i not known what to do. He is 11 yrs old and I have had him since he was 4 weeks old. Then I am having to fight to get a refund.

The room and bathroom was clean and quiet It’s located far from downtown and felt a bit sketchy with homeless people around. The stairs and path outside our room wasn’t clean dirty with rubbish and drink stains

Big room, clean, not too expensive. Not far away from downtown, you must have a car though.

The biggest problem has been the complete lack of communication. It has been about ten days since checkout, and my $100 deposit still hasn’t been returned. We only stayed overnight, left the room in excellent condition, checked out at the front desk, and returned both key cards. I haven’t received any explanation for the delay. I have called repeatedly, left voicemail messages, and emailed without receiving a single response. Thankfully, I booked through Expedia, and they are helping me recover the deposit, but even they have been unable to reach the hotel. Poor air conditioning and missing basic amenities were disappointing enough. Having to chase my deposit while every message goes unanswered makes the experience extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Completely horrible experience I arrive at 11:48pm and was not aware that the lobby closes at 1130 and no one would answer the front desk or phone so i had to buy another room somewhere else

This place is terrible. It is cheap for a reason, it’s a dump. The staff is unprofessional and thieves. The clerk lost my cash deposit, then made up some reason why I couldn’t get mine back involving some stain on one sheet in the room. It’s ridiculous.

I truly enjoyed the Las Palmas 😊 first and foremost, the cost frame is quite pleasing on the wallet,and the environment overall is definitely more than satisfactory. I guess many moons ago, it was a Ramada Inn, and so therefore is not as Pristine as other options, Yet it does have some charm. The staff are quite friendly and truly accommodating. No restaurant is the downfall, and with my appetite, well it's likely I would've become a restaurant fixture if they featured that amenity😉 And, the one thing that I truly loved, I the bsth-tub shower, I was able to get my bubble bath groove on, and that's definitely aa true relaxation method that frequently boosts my travels 💦

not really anything to be honest unfortunately they lived up to all the bad reviews I read room not clean, somebody tried coming in room a few times, only one hand towel, no shower curtain bought and left brand new shower curtain, never saw housekeeping in a 3day visit, room smelt like sewage backed up, did not receive deposit back even though we left room cleaner than when we checked in! there was no reason for them to keep deposit at all $100 is alot to keep for such a low rent ghetto room i could have stayed in a five star hotel same or less cost than this nightmare this hotel should not even be on booking.com at all let alone be charging the prices they are they should be ashamed they are nothing but criminals robbing people every chance they get

​I booked a stay at Las Palmas Hotel Tucson through Expedia, but when I arrived to check-in, management refused to accept the card I had on file for the incidental deposit—despite it being a valid payment method. Because of this arbitrary policy, I was completely unable to use the room or stay at the property. ​Manager Daritza assured me she would email Expedia the following morning to waive the cancellation penalties since I was denied entry, but the hotel has completely ghosted Expedia's multiple attempts to resolve this. Keeping a customer's money when they were blocked from checking in is unacceptable and feels like a total scam. I have been a loyal traveler for over 20 years, and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company and filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Avoid this property!
