The room and their service was good but they didn’t refund my deposit 😢

Got scammed out of $100 deposit. DO NOT GO HERE they steal your deposit and don't return it to you.

nothing The lobby was closed when we arrived at the hotel (5:00 PM), and there was no hotel staff available to assist us. The check-in hours are from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. There was no staff on duty to attend to us. If this was going to happen, why didn't they provide notice days in advance? We were unable to use the hotel, so I require a refund of my payment.

The most rude staff I have ever encountered, dirty rooms, the property had trash all around it. Will never stay here again.

Very unprofessional and rude staff and management. Stole my $100 deposit fee and I’m in the process right now of getting a full refund for a full week booked through them and never got to fulfill my stay because of the deposit issue on a previous week stay. And in the process of trying to get my refundable deposit back that they kept because they said I caused damage that was already there when I first checked into the room. Will never give this place my business again and absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. Not a clean place what so ever. Place should be shut down. Booking.com was very helpful with helping me through the whole process though out tho.

Nothing staff was shity and they lie alot I will never stay there again in life Everything was bad they towed my they wouldn't even bring it back, there was bugs in the bed it was very nasty.

Even the front desk person was rude you have to pay $100 deposit which wasn’t warned about initially The customer service along with how booking handled everything. I will be putting this on both Apple and Google review so that people are warned and maybe use another booking app seen that they couldn’t even refund me for their mistake.

It was a room for 2 adults and only 1 big towel and enjoy small ones I ask for extra towel and nothing and no coffee in the lobby ready and it took 3 day to receive my $100 deposit.
