Staybridge Suites Tucson Airport by IHG

Our room had a broken closet door and the bathroom door stuck and wouldn’t lock. Our biggest issue is the night staff allowed a guest (according to them) watch a movie at full volume at 3am in the lobby. Our room was directly above the lobby and next to an open balcony. It sounded like people were fighting right outside our door. It woke us up out of a sound sleep and ruined our night’s sleep. When I talked to the staff about it, he looked at me blankly. He admitted he knew that was going on at 3am and didn’t offer anything to try to make up for our loss of a night’s sleep.

Same wonderful experience as the previous stay, minus a dozen hungry kids devouring the breakfast buffet. Lol. Looking forward to my next stay already.

Nice and clean. Good breakfast, if you can get the timing right to avoid 5 families with a dozen hungry kids between them all eating at the same time. Didn't use the pool. The staff were welcoming and professional. I've already booked my next stay.

My husband stayed here as he was starting a new job and did not have an apartment in Tucson yet. He like the room, but was not able to benefit from the breakfast because he had to be at work by 5 am.

Clean room with lots of space. We were at the hotel with a softball team and we appreciated all the amenities and helpful staff. Nice breakfast included and snacks on some evenings. The pool area was great. They have washers and dryers on site. The front desk workers were great.

Staff was amazing and so accommodating. We had a big group and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of!!!!!

Overall, I was happy with the property, but the major issue we have was that they tend to overbooked their two bedroom suites and the whole reason we stayed and chose this property was to be able to accommodate my entire family. Upon arrival they they overbooked our room and told us that it was sold out and that we would not be in a two bedroom suite to fix the problem. They put us in two different bedrooms and two different rooms. This was complicated because we have three underage children so we were not able to spend the time that we really wanted together because we had to split ourselves into two different rooms the staff did their part to try to accommodate us, but I felt that management was a little bit misleading and placing the blame on Expedia and not taking accountability for the issue furthermore, I was lied to. I was told that I would get the room three days prior to my reservation and instead I only got it two days.

The whole experience from check in to the amazing clean rooms was great! I really liked our room and the fact that it had a mini kitchen and everything you need. I love how clean the property was from inside and out. Breakfast was great with good options. Loved that the leftover food was able to be eaten after breakfast hour. Also the pool area and the fact that they have a grill outside was great. We will be using this hotel as our staycation from here on out!

Great property to stay, we had the 1 bedroom suite, and so much room. Full kitchen with all the utensils and everything you need if your cooking. Soft beds and had a sofe bed couch. Breakfast was extremely good and offer so much. Yogurt parfait was a wow and a different type of food every morning. Close by restaurants, and Casino is about 15 minutes away. Kino sport complex only 2 miles away in case your coming out for some baseball action. Highly recommend and will be out again in July.

Very nice and thoughtful staff. Only about 5 minutes from the airport. Rooms were very nice. Noticed some trash on the flower while walking to room. Also complementary water seem to look old and was warm.

Staff was helpful & friendly. Good full cooked breakfast. Big studio, furnished kitchen, large fridge, coffee maker & dishes, silverware. Best overall property near the airport. No real negatives.

I think one of the best things about this property is it’s proximity to the airport and the highway, therefore it’s easy to travel around. The second best thing about this property is the full breakfast! I appreciate the size of the rooms, the kitchenette with working stove, mini dishwasher and apartment sized refrigerator/freezer. This is a great option if you plan to stay for a few days and want to cook some your own meals. They do have happy hour option which was nice.

great stay with family

The pictures of the pool are misleading on the website. Very small and the water is very murky. The torches around the pool were not used. The refrigerator leaked water and was uneven. The a/c was loud as hell and missing a smoke detector. Stayed two days and didn’t get room cleaning. Breakfast staff were very nice and helpful.
