I enjoyed dinner and the property was clean.
-
First, it was very warm. Second, they charge a resort fee of $35 per day and when I went to get into the smaller pool, it was absolutely a mess. No towels and no attendant no service people whatsoever. They had tiny little cups for water. That’s not worth $35 a day for a resort fee. The Jacuzzi that I walked by and wanted to go in looked murky and dirty so I did not go in again. Maybe it’s the Heeth or whatever but I would not ever go here in the summer months again.

Really great property. A little older, but that is the charm. The property is very well maintained and the grounds are extensive. It has a good gym and a great lap pool for those inclined.
-
Very clean and quiet
-
Sad that their wonderful Gold Room Restaurant has been closed. Their bar restaurant had good food and good service though.
-
Upon checkout the staff did take off the resort fees. Worst pool I’ve ever seen.
-
The room was very nice and it had a private patio with spa.
-
Beautiful property! Wish we had more time there to enjoy and explore. Ordered room service and it was delicious!
-
Excellent in every way. Staff was super friendly. Very, very minor attention to a couple details, but no problem. Would definitely stay again.

Destiny, Lea, Jacob, Rosario, Brittney, Celisse and Yvette were all very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very comfy, the food was great, the employees were awesome and friendly!!

Classy & historical “old” Tucson resort - well maintained in great location
-
Exceptional staff: very friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and the rooms are immaculate, with plenty of private patio space—perfect!
-
Beautiful property, nice, clean, spacious room! Downside was 10 year olds monopolizing the only pool bar and having our room keys disabled while trying to get food and drinks from the pool bar and restaurant. We were unsuccessful, and ordered Doordash after the bellhop met us with a new set of keys.
-
The front desk staff Yvette is very nice and welcoming! I had been taken good care of and was upgraded to desert view for free. And I borrowed the tennis rackets from her to have fun when I got there. Everything was sooo good! She made my day!!

Property was well kept. Room was very clean. Pool was nice and staff was friendly and helpful.

Wife love's the pools, butterfly gardens, and hummingbird gardens, mini lazy streams. Rooms are private and clean, not much furniture, no couch or loveseat but plenty of room? Bad point no Gold room. Food at the look out was great.5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Highly recommend this resort! The helpful staff granted us an early check-in, which made our stay even better. We loved our poolside room and the cozy robes provided. The food was excellent too. The only downside was that the pool itself could have been cleaner. Aside from that, it was a great experience!

Our stay at the Westward Look Resort was excellent. I would highly recommend this resort to others.

We were only there to stay 1 day and wanted a nice experience so we paid extra for the Star Gazer room. We arrived at 2pm, and of course was told checking wasn’t until 4pm, but took our number & said we’ll contact you when the room was ready AND that it will be before 4. We were tired from 7 hours of traveling so we decided to wait in the lobby. While waiting, 4 other people/couples were checked in. When we questioned the “check in is at 4” theory we were told “they had different room than us”. SERIOUSLY? The upgraded $$$ rooms don’t have an earlier (by an hour at most) but the cr** rooms do? The clerk could care less that we were tired & watching the amount of people he was checking in. We asked to speak to a manager & was told there wasnt one on site. 3:59 is when we were told our room “was ready”. The room was old & dingy, the mattress was hugely sunken in in the middle & the hot tub outside sat with stagnant water! I tried to call customer service 4x and was transferred every time to a line that disconnected me after I specifically stated I was calling with a complaint & wanted to receive some sort of compensation for my troubles. Of course, we were also told checking wasn’t until out was at 11am- so I paid more for a better room, at 2pm was told I was not allowed in until 4pm, while others were checked in before 4 and the room was a a huge, dissapointing mess! 1st time in AZ & last.
