Exceptional

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, hot, and tasty. The walls of the buildings looked a bit dirty. But what needs special attention are the floors in the hallways, in front of the rooms. They are in much worse condition, and it detracts from the cleanliness and comfort of the property.

Huge room. Nice TV and cable. Quite. Nothing.

It was a nice clean comfy place to stay. Beds were very comfortable!

The towels had black curly hair on them, including the bathmat. Luckily I brought shower shoes. There was only one clean towel. When I called down for replacements the front desk said I would have to come down and get the items myself as there was not anyone that could bring them up. Since I had my cat with me that was not an option. Also, no elevator to the second level and a long walk from the stairs to the room. This was a quick emergency arrangement at the last minute but I expected better from this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay < the rooms were cold and the pool was cool . breakfeast was good and the coffee was hot , will stay again

Hotel bien ubicado. Las instalaciones requieren mantenimiento en general, en el techo habia como un daño por humedad, el seguro de la puerta no representaba algo seguro ya que le hacian falta tornillos y ajustes y se abria si alguien la empujaba fuerte, el baño requiere una limpieza profunda. La tina del baño se saturaba de agua al bañarse con la regadera y eso es peligroso y antihigienico. En el area de desayuno es muy chico y se satura por las mañanas, eso si, el personal que lo atiende siempre dispuestos y atendiendo todas las solicitudes con rapidez y con muy buen caracter excelente por ellos, pero el area si requiere de una renovacion o planeacion, al saturarse la unica opcion eran las mesas y sillas externas pero hace demasiado calor y no estan cubiertas al 100%.

When we arrived, they had free drinks and popcorn for a snack. Breakfast was great! (Cooked food like eggs, biscuits, meat, yogurt/parfait station, etc...) The pool was great to cool off and was delightfully warm. NA

My room was filled with dead bugs. I requested new towels twice and never received them. They did let me check in an hour early with no issues, which was great. But I was informed the room I reserved almost 2 weeks earlier, wasn’t available. I specifically picked the room I reserved for a reason. They upgraded me at no charge, but it wasn’t the room I wanted.

Location Soap and shampoo dispensers in shower empty. Hand soap dispenser at sink empty. I dropped something small on the floor and we moved the couch to look for it. It was filthy under the couch. At check-in they said they upgraded us to a king suite, but I had reserved a king anyway. We had been there twice before and it was the same type of King room.

Staff is very rude ...

I would definitely come back and stay again , staff very friendly , they immediately took care of a leaking pipe in my kitchen area instead of making me wait .. Food was so so wish they had different things besides eggs, sausage , potatoes all the time , overall was great !

Pet friendly. Staff were very nice. Room was clean. Only thing I can say that could help is a little better maintenance. Our room had a gap that was about 3/8 of a inch where bugs could enter.
