The staff was amazing. Our first room was extremely dirty and the ac was not working. The second room was dirty as well.

I love that the property was sent back away from the main street so it was very quiet and comfortable There’s nothing I can think of that I did not like about the property
-
Excellent customer services, breakfast not enough food selection and over crowded.

The ability to park in front of our door made unloading items with 2 kids amazing The pool was full of bugs, sticks and other floaties. The carpet in our room was so dirty that as soon as my sons feet touched it, it looked like he pushed down on an ink pad and was instantly dirty. There were clothes from a past guest still behind the bathroom door. Etc.

First off, let me give thanks to TREY the day shift. He was actually professional and courteous. He really knew how to do his job. But the other people I had to deal with were idiots. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was bad enough that I feel people should know what to expect. The room was dirty from the moment I walked in. The carpet was filthy, and Im sure the carpet is where most of the stench was coming from. there were crumbs left on the kitchen counter, food spills on the desk, and the floors were so dirty that walking around in my socks turned them black. The curtains were stained, filthy, and even had holes in them. The room also had a very strong odor that smelled like animals mixed with heavy air freshener. I suffer from allergies, and the smell made my allergies severe for my entire stay. I asked to be moved to another room, but I was told there were no rooms available. To make matters worse, there were bugs in the room, including flies, flat black beatles and strange-looking ants. Housekeeping was disappointing. I was only given one towel and one washcloth. There is apparently no room service unless you specifically call and request it. Guests were also leaving bags of trash outside their room doors for housekeeping to pick up, which made the hallways look unclean and unprofessional. The customer service was just as frustrating as the condition of the room. I had several Amazon packages delivered to the hotel. When I went to pick them up, the front desk clerk repeatedly told me they had never been delivered, even though Amazon had provided delivery photos showing they had been left at the hotel. He wouldn't even take the time to properly look for them. It wasn't until I became frustrated that he finally searched—and suddenly my packages "magically" appeared.

The room itself was acceptably clean (carpet was in decent shape) and the bathroom had been updated. Beds were comfortable and clean. We were missing not only a hair dryer but also a shower curtain - both were brought up to us (how do you forget about a shower curtain?). AC was off when we arrived but cooled down the room sufficiently within a reasonable amount of time. The pool and hot tub were nice, though a bit small (it was June so it was relatively crowded in the afternoon). The use of a code to enter the pool is odd (vs room key) but it is an older motel. Social hour was a bonus (one drink/person + popcorn), and it was right next to the pool so we got it to take up to the room. Breakfast offerings were good - scrambled/boiled eggs, sausage, waffles were all tasty. Coffee was decent too! The ice machine was conveniently located on the stairs to our room, and there was adequate parking. Overall I would recommend this place

Nothing Everything

Pet Ed, the front desk staff were very helpful
-
A hidden gem. Booked it on Orbitz las minute at a decent price and from the outside it might not look like much - but the room was perfect, the happy hour a surprise and the buffet style breakfast left nothing to wish for. Even the coffee was great!

La atención en recepción muy buena !!
-
Only issue - Having a pre-programmed A/C unit in Arizona in June was not appreciated.

Everything was perfect. This property felt like a 4 star hotel at a motel price. Every amenity I look out for in a hotel was there: refrigerator, microwave, ice machine, gym, pool, jacuzzi, luxurious bedding, firm bed, and free hot breakfast. They even had complimentary wine in the cafe served by the Delightful Ms Kayla. I would definitely come back here and of course recommend to my friends. Best Western has always been my favorite, and this location is surely one of the best.

My wife and I are regulars, so pretty much everything. Staff always super nice, and their complimentary breakfast is always great. This time tho, the room was sub par. Weird bathroom distribution (separate rooms for sink and shower/toilet), A/C way too loud and the mattress was really old (hammock-like). At least I know what room I’m refusing to stay in next time we’re in town.
