The hotel is outdated. The curtains were very dirty as was the bathtub. The headboard looked like they never clean it. The hot tub was so dirty and full of rust it was disgusting. The room smelled like cigarettes. We arrived late at night and didn’t feel like looking for another hotel so we stayed but it was terrible.

Office staff were really nice and went out of their way to help make my stay was pleasant and smooth. The pool and hot tub were clean and a wonderful way to relax while my granddaughter played in the pool.

I liked the property, as a single mom with her kids with her I would not recommend. I had been tracked by a unknown apple Air tag from the hotel to a grocery store, it either fell off or I'm still being tracked I am a bit worried thankfully I live far enough away and own dog, but Tucson is my home town I've never felt this unsafe. But the staff were so kind, the breakfast was amazing, I didn't have a shower curtain in our room when we got in, but the pool was well taken care of, the breakfast was delicious, and staff were amazingly nice and kind. On a budget it worked just be careful lots of homeless in the area.

The staff was great. Unfortunately the rooms were not. The first room I was given smelled like marijuana and with my child I refused to stay in it. Our next room the bathtub faucet ran all night. You could not turn it off. The bathrooms needed a deep clean. The room itself was updated but beds were not very comfortable.

This is usually our go to place to stay when we come to Tucson. The rooms are clean and well appointed for our family. The breakfast and social hour are the best attributes for our family. The price for amenities is the best we have found.

The room itself was acceptably clean (carpet was in decent shape) and the bathroom had been updated. Beds were comfortable and clean. We were missing not only a hair dryer but also a shower curtain - both were brought up to us (how do you forget about a shower curtain?). AC was off when we arrived but cooled down the room sufficiently within a reasonable amount of time. The pool and hot tub were nice, though a bit small (it was June so it was relatively crowded in the afternoon). The use of a code to enter the pool is odd (vs room key) but it is an older motel. Social hour was a bonus (one drink/person + popcorn), and it was right next to the pool so we got it to take up to the room. Breakfast offerings were good - scrambled/boiled eggs, sausage, waffles were all tasty. Coffee was decent too! The ice machine was conveniently located on the stairs to our room, and there was adequate parking. Overall I would recommend this place
