Best Western InnSuites Tucson Foothills Hotel & Suites

The price, cleaniness, breakfast the drinks all included in you booked room. Staff is amazing. Thus is the only hotel I stay in when visiting tucson Everything except the accidental given another couple the same room. Which was fixed immediately

Very good

The parking and getting around the inside of the hotel was a little confusing at first, but Patrick was wonderful and made everything much easier. He gave us a map of the building, showed us the best parking spot, and helped us during check in with excellent customer service. We really appreciated his help! We weren’t able to stay for breakfast, but I did stop by the café to grab some utensils, and the food smelled delicious. The only issue we noticed was a small area outside that appeared to have some dripping water or possibly a leak, and there was a foul smell in that area. Other than that, everything was great. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay for our work trip, and Patrick really stood out for his kindness and helpfulness.

Ok

Nice comfortable bed, nice room, really nice bathroom Everything was great

Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Weird bathroom set up with tub/shower and toilet off the kitchenette and sink in the bedroom. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty.

The price and easy access to the location I wanted to visit. The tiles in the bathroom were pretty gross.

Nice comfortable stay, Thanks

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The included breakfast was great. The toilet in our room didn't flush.

The Sraff was very pleasant at check in The hotel was older and renovated but the couch was very uncomfortable very saggy and the restroom layout did not make sense....to wash your hands you walk out of the toilet & shower area into the bedroom to use the sink to wash your hands.

Mattress was comfortable Pillows need replaced

Needed passcode for pool, info not given to me

Staff was very friendly and helpful, thank you!!

rooms were super clean. Location was awesome I’m very quiet no dislikes at all

Staff were friendly and helped us with the bad rooms and noise throughout the night. The first room reeked of weed and we needed to switch. After switching we got settled and then a group of kids played soccer in the parking lot from around 11pm-12:30am. This kept our kids awake and made the night pretty rough. If I were you I would book a different hotel that is in a better neighborhood The jacuzzi buttons were also all broken and the overall facilities were worn down.

Disappointing
