La Posada Lodge & Casitas, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Staff were great, pool was beautiful and relaxing but the lounge chairs are torn, outdated, and didn’t feel clean. Clean pool towels were often unavailable due to being dirty and staff not having them restocked. Restaurant was fast and good but definitely limited selection. Breakfast was wonderful and convenient. I didn’t use the gym. Grounds were clean and in a safe area. Overall, I had a great time and would return.

This place is a little gem! Perfect for a one night business trip. The decore of the room transported me to my family home in Mexico. The property offers some beautiful views. Breakfast on the patio was the perfect way to start my day! Will visit again.

Nice cheap stay with good views

Room was very spacious, clean, and well decorated. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

While the room itself is a bit outdated, the property overall is very nice. Great breakfast that was included. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional

The room, location, and the breakfast was amazing. The shower did not get warm and stayed freezing cold in the morning, and we left a valuable piece of clothing on accident and when called the next day to look for it, the cleaners had not turned it in :( very sad! When we checked in there were also no room keys available so we never received one

This stay was wonderful! The food was delicious, the room and location was clean. Pool was great. My kids didn't want to leave.

I liked the restaurant attached to the hotel you didn't have to figure out were to have to drive too.the shower and bathroom area is excellent . All you can eat breakfast was wonderful a lot of different varieties of breakfast items to choose from.

Old loud beds

The property was ok. The employees where disorganized overall. They ended up sending me to a room that was occupied.

The room was clean. Spacious. One bed was softer than the other. Ended up with a handicapped room with a shared door between rooms( did not ask for either) . Went to eat at the restaurant only to be told the kitchen was closed for maintenance. The ordering would have all been done on a kiosk. Nice place, but needed a little something more. They did allow for an early checkout( as my daughter was moving into her college apartment) . I would stay again, but mostly just to sleep. ( honestly didn’t use most amenities)

Loved the cozy rooms! The tiny bathrooms!

I liked the ascend edition. The property is nice but a few things need some updating. Bigger gym space tvs etc. overall nice place would stay again. Staff was excellent

The pool water was not warm, and we had no hot water for showers. Our unit was at the end, which may have been the reason. Nice room, we theee were comfortable in the space and the balcony was very spacious and the views of the wash, Catalina Mountains and night time city views was quite nice.

First time stay at the Posada, but it won't be my last. The staff was great to work with, the hotel itself was completely relaxing with great ambiance. Look forward to my next stay in Tucson.
