very nice person behind the counter at check in - kinda goofy with the elevators with one going to the right and another one to the left with no way to correct if wrong one.

stay here when visiting our son. always exactly what we need. Staff is friendly and always willing to help.

Friendly staff, clean room (a little dated), ok breakfast, furniture a little too used cushions on the couch. Large bathroom, small fridge, but quiet room... would stay there again.

Jolee at the front desk was very helpful with what to do in the area. Only downside was the pool was out of order part of our stay.

Great breakfast. We stay here often because it is in a great location to everything. Shopping, food,airport etc

I was impressed with the hotel as it was centrally located near places we like to go to. The rooms were comfortable along with a combed. The outdoor area around the swimming pool had well padded chairs and an outdoor sitting area for smokers. The staff were friendly. Check in was quick. I definitely will stay here again.

I stay here once a year and always love the location. The staff are great, the grounds are clean and maintained. Best breakfast of anything available in town.

I liked the orientation of the room. Unfortunately we were situated on the bottom floor next to the swimming pool. The pool pump cycled every few moments. The vibration and noise made it impossible to sleep. I requested to be moved to another room but was told there was none available. I went down for coffee at 6 am and spoke with a different clerk than the one that had told me nothing was available. She told me a room was available upstairs and my wife and I immediately moved. We had planned on checking out that morning though we were in Tucson on a 4 day stay. . We won’t be staying there again. Thank goodness there was an honest clerk that took care of business. One non caring bad apple can spoil the whole trip.

It was a clean room, with clean towels and bed. The shower was great, without leakage of water on the floor and consistent hot water

This is our 3rd stay at this property and the experience is consistently fantastic!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless. The breakfast has always been fresh and the choices are great!! Two of our visits were holiday weekends and even though it appeared the place was full I didn’t hear anyone above us or in the rooms next door. The location says at the Tucson Mall it’s actually a few blocks away so not all the crazy Mall traffic but the convenience of shopping and all the restaurants and coffee shops are less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend!!

Not sure why people complain about breakfast, its not a dennys. The breakfast variety was good. The place was quiet. Zero complaints.

Amazing

Nice room, we had a three night stay, in a two room suite, quite. Be aware in this suite bedroom, AC is literally inches from right had side of bed so if on, it blows right on bed. Breakfast included with stay, just wish these people would cook eggs instead of serving egg mush.
