comfortable stay and convenient location
-
Always enjoy staying here. However there was concern about children unattended in the pool. Pool hours could be extended and could start earlier especially with the summer heat. Staff could periodically check that pool rules are being followed.

The pool was closed for the majority of our stay. When I asked about this tha girl at tha front desk was rude. The living room was freezing and the bedroom was hot.

A simple, no-frills bargain hotel. You'll get a peaceful good night's sleep in a basic but clean and pest-free room. Don't expect extra towels or any kind of amenities other than a chip of soap, but you'll save $.
-
Just there for the night but the room was clean and decorated nicely and the bed comfortable. The staff was positive and helpful.

The room was clean. The air condition was amazing and the room was nice a cool.

Our family planned this trip 1 month ago, it was really inconvenient that that pool was closed 4th of July weekend for “maintenance” I paid half to reserve and was too late to cancel but hotel should be more mindful when doing “maintenance” on a busy weekend or at least give some options for the inconvenience

The pool was closed and the toilet didn’t work well we had to plunge it constantly for it to fish properly

Someone with a disability, requesting a ground floor room or easy access to an elevator, I was g8ven a 3rd floor room. With only one elevator on the property that is difficult to see where it is located, as it it not clearly visible, nor are there signs posted clearly pointing in the direction of the elevator. Asked for clarification on where it was located, as during my first stay I did not find it, the front desk attended responded, " it's right here you can't miss it!" while pointing to the location on the property layout map. Used the elevator to get to the 3 level and walked towards the location of the room I was given to.find ropes blocking the crossing bridge to the room. To access this room using the elevator, a walk around the entire property would allow access. Also housekeeping only brought fresh towels on the second day of our stay, did not leave any more soaps, and left the used plastic fork that was left along the side of the bed on the sticky & stained night table from the previous guests. We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette and the dishes were still dirty from before our arrival as well as the refrigerator and cook top area. The air-conditioning unit located in the living room area does not cool down the bedroom area and the thermostat is located in the bedroom, it is locked and set at 67°, the bedroom temperature never dropped below 78° during the entire week of our stay. The morning of checkout, our shoes, were soaked from the AC unit being broken. POORLY

Staff were friendly. The room was okay. The bed was to hard for my preference not bad for one night but anymore it would have hurt my back for sure. The room was somewhat clean. There was dog hair all over the chair and what I presume juice slipped on the remote and counter where it was. Not bad for one night but I wont stay for an extended time.
