3 Palms Tucson North Foothills

This was our second stay. It was just as nice as the first time! Highly recommend this place! Great food nearby and within walking distance!!

hot tub, while not cold, it also was not hot. like taking a bath. Nice clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. I had a little kitchenette and went down to a nearby trader joes for some easy nighttime snacks and microwavable breakfast.

Older hotel. Pool was pretty cold and the hot tub was dirty. Room was small and there wasn’t an extra toilet paper roll and the one on the holder was almost empty. There was only 1 towel when we arrived & I asked house keeping for some extras which they did provide. Front desk wasn’t overly welcoming upon arrival. Decent stay but wouldn’t pick it again especially if it wasn’t super cheap.

We stay at 3 Palms regularly, my young sons refer to it as our vacation home. The staff are friendly & helpful, the rooms are comfortable, clean, & accommodating, and the location is convenient to dining out & grocery shopping, in an area of the city that feels like you’re in nature. This is an ideal spot for retreating from a busy life and/or connecting with people you care about:)

I’ve stayed here multiple times and have always had a great experience. They have great finishes in the bathrooms and big TVs in the living room and bedroom. The little kitchens are nice and the front desk staff is so extremely helpful. Have probably stayed here five or six times and always come back to this place when I visit Tucson!

This property was fantastic, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern, had a great courtyard pool and hot tub, and was in a nice area close to nature, shopping, and food. It was an incredible stay.

This was such a cute hotel. Very well kept and lots for the kids to do. My children especially liked the pool and the putt putt green.

The room was clean however there was an odd smell coming from the AC. We used the hot tub in the morning but it was barely luke warm. It wasn't terrible as this is Tucson and still very warm outside, but we were hoping for some hot water. As a whole, this place is very nice and affordable. There's just little things that could be worked on.

I always stay in the studio. I like the room and the price for what you get.

We’ve stayed here several times and service is very good. We had an issue with the air conditioning not working in our room. They sent someone to fix it and were not able to but they got us into another room quickly.
