It’s an older hotel but well maintained. Staff is exceptional! They serve a full breakfast! I’d stay there again.

We stayed in this motel several years ago and it was pretty decent but this will be the last time we stay at a Days Inn. The staff were condescending and useless. We not even the least bit nice when checking in and when we got to the room, the toilet would not flush. Called and they wouldn't answer the phone, so walked down to complain and the manager gave us a plunger and didn't even offer to come look. Well the plunger did not work (for clogs and not for plumbing repair) and now the room smells like sewer. Asked for another room and they said that they did not have any other rooms and we would either stay or leave, and who wants to sleep in a room with no toilet and smelling of sewer, not really a choice at all.

Nice clean room. Slept like a rock!

Great place

The room/ entire facility was outdated, terribly outdated! Have a iron/ironing board in the room, etc. Does it make up for the extremely outdated facility! Honestly I was shocked when I pulled up! Would not recommend this!

Decent for the price and location. Nothing special. Curtain placement above air conditioner taped the air behind the curtains against and very hot winfow facing sunset. Made cooling the room hard in 100° NM heat. We rigged a fix, but could be better configured. Room was fine, but hallways and pretty much everywhere else were muggy and cumbersome.

The room still had used towels in it when we checked in. The breakfast "buffet" was just a waffle maker and some eggs. There was no juice or syrup for the waffles. Calling it a buffet seemed like a stretch. 2 starts is the most the motel should get, maybe not even that.

The staff were friendly, and the room itself was a good value for the price. However, there were two very legitimate issues that affected my stay. First, the bathroom toilet was extremely small — honestly, it felt child-sized. Second, the noise from the room upstairs made it very difficult to sleep. I could hear footsteps as early as 4:50 a.m., and after driving 13 hours to get there, I was hoping for a restful night. I did share this concern with the front desk, they claimed i would be refunded 20% back which i wasn't. They also stated that they would call the person above me. Well whoever was above must have been offended because the noise got worse. They said they would take care of it. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I would not stay at this hotel again.

I'm leaving this review since there appears to be no way of contacting and speaking with anyone there to communicate that I got a hotel receipt with incorrect invoicing dates so, cannot get reimbursed for the expense and must get a correct one. After at least 5 attempts to call the desk I did get someone to answer who, after me explaining the sit took a message - no further response and that was 2 days ago. If this does not get me a phone call by tomorrow am, I will dispute the hotel charge on my CC and let them take it up but, this has got an entire two weeks of trip of expenses held up. This hotel does not leave anyone at the desk either for long periods of time I've noticed when I checked in here and when I left - could not get checked out, when had to leave and so, was emailed an incorrectly dated receipt.

If what you’re looking for is an old fashioned roadside motel where you can spend a supremely comfortable night on the road, this is the place for you. It has been totally refurbished, and the rooms are still small but incredibly comfortable. Also important for us is the fact they have multiple outlets on each side of the bed for plugging in your tablets, phones, etc. They do the accessibility for electronic devices far far better than any high-end hotel I’ve stayed in. Since their renovation several years ago, this is the only place in Tucumcari we stay, and that amounts to about eight nights per year.

Very clean room, great water pressure, not very noisy a bit of street noise but not bad at all. very comfy beds. Saw they have breakfast but did not stay for that, ample parking, centrally located. Good Value for your money.

Older hotel couple blocks off I-40. Very convenient for travelers. Comfortable beds, but a smaller room! Worked well for us for 1 night.

Rooms were clean and nice but the curb appeal of the property left much to be desired. Area inside office for breakfast was cramped and dirty. Flies on the eggs and sausage. Not appetizing at all. Would not stay here again.

The room was clean. However, we had to kill a couple flies in our room. The front desk lobby was full of flies. Breakfast cereal selection was very limited. Breakfast was in the same lobby as the flies. The price is very reasonable for the room. We’ve stayed here multiple times. However, we won’t stay here again. We’ll pay more for a higher grade hotel.

I tried calling into the front desk several times to let the staff know that we would be a late arrival

The bed was comfortable. The room had odor and there was mildew on the bathroom ceiling. There were large gaps around the door. We used towels so nothing crawled in during the night.

Didn't look like much from the outside older building. The rooms are accessed through hallways at the end of the building kind of inconvenient. But to our surprise the room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. It was okay for a one-night stopover. Breakfast was about average

It was ok
