Poor coffee quality in rooms and at breakfast

Staff was great and room was clean!

The property was clean and comfortable, BUT after a day of driving, none of our electronics (Phones, computers, etc) were charged the next morning as none of the outlets in the room worked. They looked like they were charging when plugged in, but during the night, turned off and none had charged the next morning. FRront desk was not helpful, just gave me the manager's card and to call her. No, we didn't call her as the front desk said there was nothing they could do as the room was booked through Expedia.

Great option for travelers! New and well maintained! Friendly service too.

Beautiful and very clean. This hotel exceeded my expectations!

When we arrived we were told that all TVs were down and only spotty internet would be available. The hotel refused to provide any concession on the rate because we booked on a third party site. Not an acceptable response.

The tv did not work, they said everyone was told at check in, that was not true, no one had an answer, but did tell everyone that was at the desk that our bill will be cut in half.

Very clean property and the staff members were helpful with our late check-in. The breakfast was on par with what you expect, powdered eggs, sausage, and potatoes.

Clean, good location

Our stay was short-lived due to a power outage. The hotel didn’t have a power backup system, and it was going to be hours before it was overcome. So we had to leave and find another hotel in the late evening. The hotel should plan for that contingency for the future so that guests aren’t negatively impacted.

Room is clean. Breakfast is good. The only drawback is not too many restaurants/dining option in the area especially if you Asian and want some Asian food.

Room was nice, but shower was dated and door leaked. We booked a king suite that was listed as tub/shower combo, but only had a shower. The cleaning staff were very loud talking to each other loudly down the hall before 9am. They were friendly, but should be aware guests could be trying to sleep still.

The serving time for the complimentary breakfast on the weekend is to late in the morning for early travelers try to get an early start.

Upon arrival, it was late. The front desk lady insisted that in order to check into our reservation, we needed a card on file so me and Oscar both used our per diem card just to get a room so we didn’t have to argue. The rooms were outdated. There’s water leak coming from the ceiling in the bathroom. I asked for housekeeping throughout my weekday and I did not receive that ended up having to change my own sheets and get my own towels, the stay was unsatisfactory to say the least.
