Anyway, your people where GREAT, helpful, and well informed. We would consider staying there again, if we have any other occassions with our Family in Tulare. But we would call the next time to see if the remodel was finished. Thank you, Cheri Truman-Grove

Staff members were top notch. Property is clean with easy access on-and-off Hey 99. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. Great parking(we were pulling a cargo trailer). Apple Annie’s restaurant is across the parking lot and the food was great.

Thus HOTEL is always our go to when we visit our family on Visalia. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always amazing!

The carpet smell bad and the sink in my room was clogged. The hotel was pretty old, not well maintained.

The desk clerk was very accommodating to us. The tv didn’t work and he upgraded our room. Clean and quiet and very comfortable

It is clean and is a good 1/2 way stop for me when traveling. The handicap accessible rooms are upstairs. It is posted in the elevator and in the room NOT to use the elevator in case of fire. I’m 68 years old. I cannot carry my wheelchair bound daughter down a flight of stairs. How stupid is this?!?!?!!
