Hard to find. Guests across hall had barking dog. After I charged my credit card for room they then announced they wanted a $100 cleaning deposit which I did not have on the card I used. They would not accept cash. Had to use debit card 3 times before it was approved. Will not be back.

It a good value Breakfast was missing orange both days and sometimes staff was not at desk with a sign saying wait patiently that seem odd to me cos it was in the daytime

Bed was ok, breakfast was basic-waffles, yogurt, cereal, coffee, boiled eggs, muffins. I stayed for a week and was comfortable

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had everything I needed. The flooring in my room needed some attention as the edges of the steps of flooring were lifting creating a tripping hazard. I did speak with the front desk about it so they were aware. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was ok, basic nutrition needed for a quick meal. The staff was prompt in refilling any food item, and the place was clean. It was quiet and comfortable, and the housekeepers are efficient too. I am ok with the services and the hotel itself. The only thing I didn't like was the way some guests were touching the food items without taking them to eat.

The blanket smelled of body odor and towels gave me an eye infection. I don’t think they are doing a good job with the laundry

Good value, good location. It was starting to get run down but looks wonderful with all the refurbishing. Because you accept pets, we always stayed there at least twice a year when we traveled to and from Seattle. We lost our dog this year but decided to return as always but it’s the last time for us. The mattress was the absolute worst. The support material was broken down and collapsed on both sides. When you are driving 500+ miles a day, a good nights sleep is imperative.
