Changed two rooms, first smells mold second smells urine very bad and strong

Comfortable room but the pool and hot tub need updated. The hot tub didn't work, no hot water and the jets were broken and both had sand and gravel from the floor breaking into pieces. That was really disappointing.

We had a great stay. Your receptionist was Awesome. Help us with our arrival and taking care of our stuff, as we had to get a few things donee before checking in. He was great and helpful.

It was a road stop for us. They made the effort to accommodate our request for connecting rooms. Breakfast was decent and room was comfortable. Perfect overnight stop for our drive to Sequoia NO.

Great breakfast but need to clean the tables but the front desk is so nice because we need to change the key twice.

Th blanket quilt was ripped on our bed but the room was clean over all. Thee was a lot of fixing things like debris wheel we were there. I wild recommend over all stay was good

The staff was very helpful and very aware of the outdated key system that kept faulting. Besides that everything was wonderful.

Breakfast was awful. Milk carton for kids was expired, potatoes were not even cooked properly. I had a good experience at previous HolidayInn hotels that is why I choose to stay at this hotel but the breakfast was horrible, we got a first floor by the lobby and starting at 4am there was so much noise we couldn’t get any more sleep. Just overall not an experience.

The location On our first night, we noticed baby cockroaches in the bathroom. I found that one of the towels, which had been neatly folded on the towel rack, was dirty and had makeup stains on it. The second night, even more cockroaches started coming out

Only stayed one night, but it was a decent-sized room, very clean; the breakfast was also a nice plus!! Lots of shopping in that area also.

Great location, friendly staff, bed was super comfortable! Only downside was the homeless all around and no lounge chairs at the pool.

The room was clean and the staff was professional. I had booked a room for handicapped accessible. The hotel had already booked the only handicapped accessible room before we arrived. The person at the counter said that the best he can do was check if a shower seat was available. This raises safety concerns.
