Great and clean stay. Friendly employees. Enjoyed the pool. We had to leave by 6:45 so wish the breakfast would have been available earlier than 7 AM, but overall loved it

Location A little pricey

On the downside, my room nightstand had a random electrical fire start in the charging port in the first week, which the smell filled the room and carried into the hallway and the door had to be left ajar. While trying to enjoy the pool for the just the 2nd time, there was an incident in the pool in which a child got cut on the ladder inside the pool and bled profusely. Then my room kitchenette’s microwave went out when I went to utilize it and was unable to be replaced for the remainder of my 3 1/2 days left out of 14, no portable option. After the microwave malfunction, a representative asked to SEE if I could move to a different room no guarantee on the same floor(3)and I had myself and two children belongings along with a full fridge of food. Strangely, they denied any compensation and denied a late checkout on day of because they didn’t know if there would be any availability, so I was instructed to ask the morning of. Morning of- I revisited and asked again and they denied me with the reasoning that I booked my extended lengthy stay through a 3rd party site and thus late check option is not an option for us. I had left 3 messages for Kristy V, manager, with no return call. A different rep said she attempted to call after hangup but O the phone NEVER worked. During the fire I used my cell to call the front for help! Yep, that was our stay at Homewood suites at Hilton.Godspeed

Friendly staff, plenty of breakfast options, rooms stocked well and clean! Pool was closed for various reasons during our stay (chemical imbalance and reports of people cutting their feet at the bottom).

A chic hotel with a fresh renovation and modern design. Everything is very clean, comfortable as at home, convenient location and delicious breakfasts. I recommend it! I got one cockroach in the kitchen.

For a family like us, finding a perfect place to settle in for the day is hard. Homewood Suites provided us a home away from home. The place is clean so I’m not worried for my kids touching or finding unnecessary things in the room. The location is prime. Everything is accessible to a needed run to the pharmacy or a needed supply in a grocery store or eating out with lots of options within driving distance. Breakfast is also good with lots of variety. None. Service is good. Really appreciate the people who run the breakfast buffet. They made sure everything is there and food trays were never empty. They also cleaned up accidental messes.

The hotel was clean! The staff were kind and accommodating.

Room was very clean, with only 1 caveat, missing drain items from the bathtub which did not make it non-functional, just the crew hadn't gotten to that room to finish fixing it up. Other that 1 tiny item, it was far above the 5 other regular hotels I stay at in Tulsa.

I had scouted out the property prior to stay while my husband had heart surgery. Upon checkin, I encountered a smoker parked directly by the back entrance, which caused me to go back to the front entrance to unload. There I experienced two smokers. I drove around the hotel again, thinking I could now enter from the back, but the guy was now smoking and drinking. I returned to the front and complained to the desk. She said it was a problem and she would ask them to move. There are two side door, one with a bench that the smokers could use but don’t. It was not a pleasant check-in for someone allergic to smoke and now whose clothes smell like smoke. Very disappointed as I encountered it throughout stay. In the evening after visiting the hospital, a guy was again at the back entrance with a 12-pack and smoking cigerelos. Doubt I’ll ever stay here again. Too bad because the room was perfect!

The way they perform their billing is confusing especially for receiving receipts from them.

The front desk was very friendly and the room was extremely clean. The hotel and the grounds around it was very clean. Great experience!!
