Clean room and hotel in general. Great value for the price.

Bad

The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful.

I liked being able to park in a garage for my car, didn't like that I had to figure out where to navigate from the garage back to my room. There was no instructions or map on where on the property the amenities were located. The hotel was clean, room services was good. Location was great and close to place to eat.

This stay was not for leisure, we needed to be checked in at 0600 at the hospital for my surgery and chose this hotel to stay at the night before because of its location and also because of this hotels name and history. The hotel itself was clean, but it felt very “basic” for the price we paid. The amenities were also very basic with not even a free breakfast… That was actually weird. Most hotels offer some sort of a basic breakfast to get your day started and this hotel didn’t! We also had park in the parking garage and that was very odd because we checked in at dark and there was zero security and also there were no luggage carts. My husband and myself are both disabled and this wasn’t expected whatsoever. Typically hotels have luggage carts at the elevators but again, they didn’t. So if you’re disabled, make certain that when you checkin at the front, you ask them where those carts are and go ahead and unload everything right then and take it to your room before you drive around to the parking garage or you’ll get stuck like we did! Our backs were a mess and their beds aren’t comfortable at all. We didn’t sleep well due to our bed, so we won’t ever stay here again. I’d rather drive from another hotel and be able to get good rest along with getting better amenities; such as breakfast.

Exceptional

Our room wasn't very clean and had mosquitos.

It was close to the hospital where I needed to be for a family member. It was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. Parking was a little harder to navigate and a little pricy

Hotel, pool and rooms were very clean. Probably one of the best indoor pools we have experienced. Breakfast had a nice variety.

I did not realize that parking was a fee. This should be something that is highlighted for guests since they do not validate parking. It is $15 to self park a night ans $25 for valet.

Clean room. Staff was helpful, and excellent amenities (pool, fitness center, and walkable outdoor space). We’ll be back!

Pleasant time

Computers were down so there was a very long wait to check in, but the staff was very helpful and handled it well. Room was clean and comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were nice options. We didn’t care for the food offered on the breakfast buffet but the option was very nice.

The bathroom ceiling had peeling, like it had mold on it and staff just cleaned it off. At least patch it up.

Hot tub was dirty, there was a lizard in the hall way, there was a hole in the ceilings, some of the hall walls were damaged, for the amount you pay, they should be able to do decent upkeep.

We were unable to connect to wifi due to an event being held at the facility that exceeded the hotel wifi strength.

Had a nice time at this hotel. It was convenient but a little odd to get into. I didn’t realize there was a parking fee until day of or day before but that’s fine. I probably overlooked it when I booked it. The room was nice as was the corner balcony. The water pressure was not great and the corner balcony had no furniture at all so that was odd. But, I would stay here again. It was super close to the venue we were visiting so we walked. Very safe area and walkable.
