Beautiful property, very clean, comfy bed.

Air condiitioner couldn’t be adjusted, temperatures stayed in the 60's no matter what the thermostat was set on. Also the toilet was the loudest of any toilet and I've ever heard when it flushes. I reported the thermostat issues several times but nothing changed.

The hot tub started making bubbles with little black dots, I got out became itchy and had spots on my thigh and back of arm. I went to management they filed an accident form and said they would contact me. The contacted me the next day just to say I’m sorry I had a reaction I must have sensitive skin to something off someone’s body maybe. That’s all they did was say sorry I had sensitive skin like what! I had to go through who I booked with just to get anyone to even listen and do anything about it. Very bad management!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Room was extremely clean. All staff was friendly and willing to help.

Nice property for the price. We will stay here every time now. Highly recommend

It was ok for the money I thought the rooms would have been better . The hallways need to be vacuumed and they never came to clean our room as we requested. We have to get towels from cleaning person in hallway.

Staff were all nice and helpful and friendly. We of course love the cookies. Sad they were out of cookies when we checked out. My only complaint was the A/C never cold down the room enough so it was slightly warmer than we would prefer. But overall it was great.

Staff was rude. Room wasnt ready for check in. Over an hour late. Didnt get the room i booked. After waiting to get into the room it was dirty. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel

Additionally, there was a floor dryer that ran all night right outside door the door. Sure, it’s likely due to a leak from the ice maker. But it loudly ran all night. It was a miserable experience.

I really love the location of the property in proximity to shopping and walking distance to restaurants . I wish there was more consistency regarding the Starbucks in the hotel, meaning I ordered the same drink all three days I stayed and each person made it differently. My room was EXTREMELY COLD. The temperature gauge is locked and I couldn’t adjust it. I had to sleep in my sweats every night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The trim was great, bed was comfortable.

The front desk worker knew I was waiting to check in but she kept looking at her computer so I sat down. Other people walked up and instead of helping me she helped two other couples.

The man working the desk overnight needs a raise!

This was a safe and clean choice. The staff was super friendly and any issues we had were addressed when we brought it to their attention.

Beautiful property, very friendly staff. However. The fridge in the room was leaking and

Shower was pretty dirty & need to replace the moldy caulking. Room & hallway reaked of marijuana, as in it stunk! I mentioned it more than once and obviously the staff seemed oblivious & had no real comment or concern to how bad the odor was. I usually don't complain as I stay here a couple times a year for years but the hotel has really gone downhill quickly and doubtful I'll be back.

I was told that my room key was my parking pass. However that never worked. I was there for a conference with Credit Acceptance, that told us we were covered for parking also. However, they charged me multiple times to come and go. Not until I left did they hit my card with fees associated with it. Never once did they bring it up at checkout. Liars and thief’s everyone of the staff. Be caucus of anything they tell you at this hotel.
