Bathroom faucet was really loose, bathtub drain plug was broke off rolling around bathtub. Bathroom door didn't close well, if you got it closed it was hard to get open. Flooring in both elevators was coming up, had duct tape holding most of it down. We didn't find out until we got up the first morning that breakfast was not included with room, it was extra. We spent 700 on 2 rooms for 2 nights and you would think breakfast would be included. it was one of the worst hotels we ever stayed at.

Everything was good about this

This hotel was phenomenal! Everything was so clean, probably the cleanest hotel ive ever stayed at. Breakfast was super good (you have to try the sour dough). It was quiet, and recently updated and remodeled. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and made you feel like they wanted you to be there. I would 100% stay at this hotel again, and i would highly recommend any one else to stay here as well. Literally should win best hotel in Tulsa.
-
Nothing The staff was extremely rude and racist not to mention the hotel was under construction and this was not relayed to me before my visit. All of the amenities including the pool were shut down and I was not compensated for this at all and still forced to play full price

The staff were nice at the hotel and the rooms have been recently renovated which was great! However I didn’t know it was being remodeled until after I booked. There was no access from the lobby and no restaurant or bar. Not a huge issue. But one to be aware of before booking.

The room was clean and restful. The property was under construction so access to parking was cut off from some points which made it difficult for late arrival. Breakfast was okay, not great, and I’d just really appreciate if you would move the tv off of politics because the hate being spewed this morning on it was hard to take. Extreme right wing. I’d suggest putting it on something not political for two reasons: 1. so you don’t offend guests with differing views and 2. Because some of what was being said was such an outright lie and hate speech that I don’t know why you would want to be part of influencing people like that.

Hotel under MAJOR renovation, no mention of construction when booking.

this property was in midst of total remodel. the lobby was totally gutted and unusable and loud construction noise constantly. the kitchen was limited to a breakfast buffet with no available order service. I was given no notification that i would be walking into a construction zone and there would be such severe limitations. also there was no maid service that i could see the whole stay. overall a bad experience. notified me about the construction mess I was about to enter.

I love the little lounge and bar area (awesome stark dinner) quiet, clean, spacious rooms just a great place to go and stay when The bar and kitchen aren't open

Recently remodeled. Was a nice stay. Just wish the bathroom door would stay open on its own. That bathroom is too little to be closed in when showering so I had to prop the door open as it’s set up to close on its own.

Room was clean and quiet. Check-in was friendly and efficient.
-
They r still remodeling but the rooms are beautiful! I have stayed there alot because of the convenience to everything in Tulsa! I'm also very happy that they brought back Sam to work the bar! She is a gem!

This is a great property. Definitely recommend staying here.

I did not know when I booked the room they had tons of construction going from 7am to 7pm till I checked in. The whole hall way smelled weird and was covered in cardboard. The pillows were flat and the comforter was scratchy. But the room was clean. The room was clean and the pool was clean and nice.

The room was nice. The ongoing construction from 7am to 7pm. Was extremely load. There wasn't a clock in the room. There wasn't a hair dryer when we arrived. There door to our room was difficult to get it to close all the way.

Loved the room the staff the dinner and drinks Leaving

I didn't get in the pool

The staff was kind and accommodating, and the fitness center was great. Also, our room was clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was construction on the floor above us, so it was difficult to relax in our room for long stretches of our stay. We completely understand the need for maintenance, remodeling, and the like, but it was a bit of an inconvenience, especially because we weren't informed of the situation until after check-in.
