great location, competitive price, nice rooms and good breakfast

I didn’t like that the elevator being broke

Everything was great

Our stay was good. Room was clean. One thing is we wished the TV had access to apps like Netflix/Hulu. TV entertainment was lacking.

We stay at this hotel every time we travel to Tulsa, Oklahoma, usually 2 or 3 times a year. It is always clean and well maintained. There is also a good variety of choices for breakfast. The staff strives to meet our every need, and one long time employee, Toni, always greets all entering with a very friendly welcome, and how can I help you and make your stay better? Toni has become a good friend, and always makes a point to find us and personally welcome us if someone else has checked us in. On two or three occasions she has gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and she does so in a very gracious way. Toni always strives to make our time in at the hotel and in Tulsa the best it can be. Toni keeps us coming back!

The room was clean and spacious, Breakfast was good with a variety.

Room was habitable, but multiple small problems made for less than a perfect experience.

Everything was good except the breakfast. Perfect location close to everything.

First off of all we were in Tulsa because my mom is very sick with stage 4 cancer. Everything was fine until night fall that’s when we started to hear this knocking sound from the in the walls of our room the knocking sound lasted all night till in the morning tried calling the front desk that night but the phones in our room did not work at all and to make matters worst the black out curtains In Room 403 would not come down so when morning came our room was to bright for comfort I expressed my concerns to the front desk, I was told there’s no dogs in the rooms around my room so she don’t know why or where the noise was coming from so I wasn’t able to sleep that night or that morning because of the brightness of the sun coming in my room. I asked if there is something they can do to make my stay a bit better but there was nothing they could do to help so I’m hoping your company will get in touch with me so we can discuss this issue further my phone number is 816-469-3081 My name is Claude A. Clean & well maintained hotel located close to River Spirit Casino

Check in was quick and staff was helpful

Exercise room closing at 10:00pm a little short-sighted. Many people have activities and they want to use it at night. It's not monitored so that doesn't make a lot of sense to lock it. Cleaning staff so friendly. Breakfast was what earned the 4 vs 5. In my party of 7 people, all declared the eggs uneatable. No other protein sources without sugar: No hard boiled eggs and No plain yogurt. (Sauages soooo greasy.) No oatmeal packets without sugar. Not looking for gourmet food at this price point, but lots of properties at this point price point will have plain yogurt and hard-boiled eggs and a better tasting egg. Staff handling breakfast 5 stars. Front desk staff 5 stars. Recumbent bike in exercise room 5 stars. Another question is why the water dispenser is room temperature? Not a big deal but most of these I've encountered are cool. It must be a common complaint because the staff mentioned to me that it's room temperature. Will stay again. Will recommend to friends. Appreciate the friendly staff who remembered we were attending funeral and checked in.

Everything was great, except breakfast. New building, helpful staff, clean, big rooms, and easy to get to. Breakfast was very basic, but ran out of basic things, on a not very busy morning.

The blinds wouldn’t go down. Something that obvious should have been fixed before we checked in. Reported it immediately.

Very limited breakfast. Amenities similar to India managed properties. Nothing to make you want to return.

I stayed with my two kids for 4 days and it was perfect! Well situated, cleaned, quiet and I would recommend it!

Large clean rooms, comfortable beds. 24 hour coffee!
