Employees are very rude and not helpful

Parking was easy, the hotel, rooms and surrounding property are super clean, breakfast is good with plenty of options - hot and cold and staff are friendly

This hotel was one of the cleanest in memory and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The area was quiet and seems safe. It also had the necessary eateries and gas station for my stay. I would recommend this location if you are planning to stay in Tulsa as everything is within a short driving time and distance.

Not a great check-in experience waiting an hour after 3:00 for a room. But everything else was great!

The daytime manager, Lorrie was great. She held a crowded check-in line, made. Everybody feel welcome, and in general was really good at her job. I'd come back here just because of her and the way she ran the lobby

Everything is clean and well kept, staff is super helpful and friendly.

The front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and Lori especially greeted me when I came and went. She took a genuine interest in me and my reason for being a guest. I told Lori that they seem to like their work and each other. She agreed. Housekeepers also were pleasant. I must say, though, that Friday night’s parking was difficult. Trailers for the Route 66 should not be able to take two or three spots. I had to park in another hotel’s spot.

Great location, spacious, clean, updated rooms

Stayed five nights - everything was perfect.

Very helpful staff at check in, gave us a wheelchair for the day to visit the aquarium easily, told us about Route 66 at night, lent us tourism books on Tulsa. They were fabulous.

It is a bummer the pool wasn't open or listed as closed. This was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Thought it was decently nice. But I have stayed at other holiday inn that were nicer for less. Quite disappointed they only had an outdoor pool which was out of season. Otherwise not a terrible stay
