The staff were friendly Stayed in room 138 from Sept 11 to Sept 13 2026 and it was a disaster (putting it mildly). Some issues encountered were; The room access smart cards won’t work hence security had to come and use a tool to open the door so we can access our room. Environment is full of crack addicts and homeless folks, very insecure and unsafe Stinking room (with pale smell) WiFi offers no internet connection (it’s not even passworded!) Roach infested; had to get hot shot x2 and was still woefully inadequate (repeatedly at night will wake up to roaches climbing on our bodies while we were asleep- yes it was that bad!). Opened foods like beef jerky I brought from Texas we had to condemn because I left them on the table to go shower n when I returned, roaches was all over the food! Bath drains slowly Toilet partially flushes hence u will have to wait and flush twice Air was pale n moist No microwave in the room GOOD PARTS Ac worked great (but very noisy) Staff were friendly

the place was down right dirty milk expired, flys all over the food the hosts were RUDE and they charged my twice for for my stay would NOT RECOMMEND, THE EVENING CLERK. was incompetent and didn't know what he was doing

Plz stay away from this place roaches were everywhere, the sink and bath tub had nasty looking water and trash coming out the drains. The owners should be ashamed of themselves to even think to rent such a disgusting place.
