Location was the reason selected. One block from University. The concept is charming The room floor was sticky and dirty and dusty under furniture. There was a dead cricket at a baseboard. Security chain on the door was broken.

The location was perfect, easy to get to the venue of the show we were in town for. Also wanted to see some of the Rt 66 sights and it was right in the middle! Was envious of a man making multiple reservations for future dates.

Staff was super helpful; especially with getting adjoining room with my Mom! Water was nice and hot Bed was amazing Would love to stay one more night at least Great history to the place Might want to consider bars for getting in and out of shower/tub Might want to consider getting newer toilets that are higher in height Might want to consider adjusting the room entry doors so they don't slam so hard

Comfortable, quiet, beautiful decor, great area for a run down to the “Giants”. Make sure to get a fried baloney sandwich at Baloney Maroney’s!

Historic hotel right on Route 66 in Tulsa. Free parking. Quiet. Coffee and tea available in the lobby 24 hours. Nice sitting areas throughout the hotel.

Loved the old time sitting room. Met some new friends!

We had to make our bed ( the top sheet was literally just laying on top of the bed) The bed was very uncomfortable- it provided no support. and one of our towels had a couple holes in it. The bathroom sink dripped the entire stay.
