2 of the 3 bulbs in the bathroom were out. No toiletries at all. Breakfast offerings were pitiful to say the least. Except for the free parking not worth the price of the room.

Appreciated the breakfast! It was good. It was clean and in a good location. Everything seemed very clean. We heard a dog bark at midnight. The floor squeaked. The bathroom did not have any towel hanging racks.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean but it is a pet friendly hotel and the elevator smelled very strongly of urine even after they mopped so we took the stairs uo to the 3rd floor each time. Both sets of the stairs were very stained and also very stinky. I think if you allow pets you should check and clean the common areas frequently, especially the elevators. It's a tint bix and some of us have a very hard time walking stairs.

Location is only good thing to say. Staff nice just having to do so many jobs that you might have to wait 15 mins for them to get to the desk. Not their fault

Right on the Tulsa Expo Center property. Good price for basic value. Breakfast had everything except eggs. Room amenities are skimp, but more can be obtained by contacting the front desk.

This hotel is safe for exhibitors who are showing horses at the expo; means a lot when you are traveling solo.

The location is good, and the staff The bed woes terrible and the didn't even change the sheets from the night before, because there woes a credit card on the sheet from the customer before, and the smell woes unbelievable Strong.

This hotel was very handy for our event that happened to be at the Expo center. The hotel is dated, and could use some TLC, but our room was fairly clean and it was quiet.
