Was very helpful

Weird smell in room, had to wait on staff to check in. Once staff arrived we were asked to all show our I.d’s when usually the person who books the room is the only one who need an id and no where stated on website everyone needed their id so we had to drive all the way home and grab the other ids to finally get checked in when the room was already pre-booked and paid for.

How cold the rooms is is the best part that condition is 100% legit the bathroom and the refrigerator was cool too the bed too little not comfortable I did not like the fact that they have so many dogs barking Mexicans being loud kids running up and down the hall other than that the stay was cool. On the room get hot it smells like dog piss and bleach

$50 for a dog is not pet friendly. An extra $11 "linen" fee is BS. No cooking utensils/forks/knives/etc in this so-called "Suite". Staff was friendly. Would not stay there again.

I love the staff. I hate the quality of the beds.

I love the staff I HATE the beds I mean strongly dislike. And I also don't like how if you've been staying here for weeks or month, everytime, you renew your room you have to pay this linen fee!!

I paid over $400 for a room that was not even remotely like it was in the pictures the bed bedbugs on it. There was molding inside of the refrigerator and the lock was broken off of the door I did not stay there and asked for a refund they made me wait until Monday the next week and I still have not gotten my $400 back. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and discovered the front desk isn't staffed on weekends. After standing in the lobby for quite awhile with multiple attempts to call before someone finally answered and came to check me in. Even then, I waited longer before receiving assistance. I was also charged a non-refundable $10 linen fee for a one-night stay. When I asked about it, I was told it's because guests get the towels dirty and when the new guests come there are no clean towels because they are dirty. I'm still not sure how charging guests extra for basic laundry service makes sense. The next morning, around 7:45 a.m., I went to the front desk to extend my stay by one night before leaving for work. Another guest was already waiting because, once again, there was no one at the desk and customers had to call for assistance. When an employee finally arrived, she sold him a replacement room key for $10 because he had misplaced his. As I stepped up to the window, the employee began closing it. I said, "Excuse me," and explained that I needed to add another night to my reservation. She responded that they were not open yet and continued closing the window. I pointed out that I had to leave for work and needed to extend my stay before I left. She refused to help, stating the hotel wasn't open until 9:00 a.m. Also, there is no breakfast, no coffee, and lose your key, you'll have to pay for another. Many dogs

It has that old stale hotel smell but it was a good stay
-
The rooms could use a little tlc, specifically the bathroom, and the towels that are supplied, (might bring your own) other then that, its a place to sleep.
-
Not a great place to stay at all.

I like how it almost felt like your own little apartment in a hotel room, and is very spacious Just the area, not a lot of food places that are walking distance
-
A/c worked real well. Room was clean. Tv did not work but did not need it anyway
