Cockroches No hot water all weak. Told help several times and all I got was well there are alot of people here using it so give it time. And to run it 30 min before needing. No WAY! No ac Beds old Had to stay with maintenance man so he could understand cable company on phone. Cause he didn't speak English well. Toilet ran all night first night. No towels first night Charged me a pet fee even though she is a service dog. Overall I will not go back!

The female staff member was very understanding of the condition of the hotel and did not argue with us about our room condition. The facility has extremely declined in the past 2-3 years. There are no repairs or regular maintenance/upkeep to the rooms being done and it's basically a hotel for homeless or drug users to stay. The air vents were covered in black mold. There were no bedside tables. The ceiling was literally falling down after we walked into the room. One of the mattresses was so old it had springs poking out of the mattress fabric. There were no towels or soap. There was no shower head and the water temperature was n9t adjustable. when you turned on the water your only option was scolding hot. There was no TV remote. The counters had not been cleaned and there was gross stuff all over them. We left approximately 15 minutes after entering the room and was refunded our money. The homeless people that live there let their dogs off the leash to pee everywhere including the sidewalks. They also string their laundry from the trees and balconies. The elevator no longer works so you have to climb 1 to 2 stories of outdoor stairs. The bad thing is, we were told this was their "best room."

DONT RENT A ROOM HERE!!

Not a damn thing The tv didnt work and the desk acted like i was out of line wanting him to fix it

WOULD STAY AGAIN. AND RECOMMEND NO COFFEE IN THE ROOM

They wouldn't give us any more but we didn't need thenm anyways cuz could take a shower. I will not stay there again.

Nothing it was a crack house there was nothing as described it was dirty run down there was pee in the toilet the ceiling was caving in there where holes in the walls no bed spreads just sheets bad smell of cigarettes this place was disgusting we had to leave the staff could have cared less. Everything there was a sex toy left in one of the drawers.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. THE PICTURES THEY ARE SHOWING ARE NOT ACCURATE!!! These rooms are disgusting and just FOUL. Nothing AT ALL like what is pictured. I have plenty of pictures of the 2nd room we were moved to. The first room was unbelievably gross, we didn’t stay in it but 10 mins. Mind you I booked a room with an oven so I could cook for thanksgiving. Roaches everywhere. The balcony door handle was busted so you couldn’t lock the door. Nasty, gross, disgusting, drug deals in the parking lot, people loitering in the parking lots.

Really not much but the size No hot water microwave was broke oven didn't work when I told front desk they said maitnece man isn't here but they would get someone to fix the water and not one showed up

There were crackheads hanging out outside when I pulled in .. there were no lights on anywhere in the parking lots and it seemed extremely unsafe to be there

Room was dirty had blood in the sink microwave didnt work ,no hot water, toilet was gross had urine on it . They tried to put me in a different room and it was Infested with roaches .. Almost everything the only thing that made up for it all was the kitchen in the room and they allow my dogs

I reserved a king suite with a couch bed I didn't get what I reserved The door don't close all the way I told the staff but nothing happened

The beds were comfy It was noisy, roaches, outside was filthy, holes in the wall, ac door thing was falling off wall, water got cold after 2 minutes

This was the WORST room I have ever ,ever stayed in. I use to travel a lot and this set a new LOW. I would rather sleep inthe park than stay here again. NOTHING, price at the most

Rooms were dirty. First room booked had no AC. 2nd room had no lock on the door.

Nothing Dirty room, Bugs, electrical system damaged, smoking room

Price, staff leaves us alone... Room physical maitenance
