Disappointed about pool being out of commission but having manager special and restaurant in hotel in middle of storm was great

The happy hour did not have the drinks they advertised.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel!

Location Leaking ceilings, not attending to cleaning of room or even being checked on had to request for someone to come and clear dishes let by the door lots of nets pool not working yet advertised

Hotel staff took great care of us!!

Property is a bit antiquated for the price.

Pool was drained gym has very little equipment and what is their hardly works. No air-conditioning running inside the gym pretty good breakfast omelette bar.

Bad security. Rude management and pool was closed for maintenance. Buffet was great. Happy hour out of liquor. No toilet paper in room..

Check in was at 3 pm. I arrived at 3:22 pm. The staff told me there were no rooms available and she would advise I go sit on the couch until the room is clean and that I would have to check back in but she couldn't give me a time frame. I asked if we could at least go swimming because we we're traveling with 4 kids. She let us but wasn't nice about it. I waited until 4:30 pm to go back to the desk. I went to another staff member and she was so nice and helpful. She was able to get us in a room. We traveled from out of town and was ready to rest before going to the Tulsa Zoo later that evening. The next morning 2 kids were going around knocking on doors and running away. We ignored it until they came back and done it again we were all still sleeping. Everything else was nice, the pool, food, drinks and all the other staff.

The room was absolutely beautiful & the breakfast was outstanding. You can’t find a better free breakfast. I love the evening reception as well. I would only have good things to say about this property, except for upon check-in. The employee never acknowledge our presence or greeted us. We just stood there for about five minutes and somebody was behind me as well and she finally asked for my name. When she spoke to us, she never even looked up. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but it really just puts a damper when that’s the first face you see. The rest of the employees we encountered were fine, nobody was overly friendly. OKC Embassy suites employees are so incredibly kind. They should train the staff here.

We really enjoy this property. The staff, food, and rooms are fabulous! Our meals were delicious! The rooms are so clean, and comfortable! The staff is always kind, and welcoming!

Staff is very good, very inviting and positive with every interaction. I liked the mobile application and virtual checkin and digital key entry. No ice machine on floors 7 and 8.

All of the staff were absolutely wonderful, and were very quick to help us with anything we asked. It was my daughter’s birthday and she wanted to be as high as possible and the amazing front desk attendant helped us move our room so she could have her birthday wish. Breakfast was INCREDIBLE and the evening reception was fantastic too. The pool was very dirty- a ton of hair and other things floating in the water, the bottom of the pool was slimy, the floors around were very dirty. The inside of our room took FOREVER to cool down. When we got into the room it was 76° and we tried to cool it down to 71° for bed and it struggled a lot.
