Embassy Suites by Hilton Tulsa I-44

Embassy Suites is known for their amazing breakfasts and this site did not disappoint. Rooms are clean and quiet, and front desk staff is friendly, they even accept pets at this location, which is not true at some of their locations. My only complaint is why do they charge a parking fee, when they have a wide open parking lot, which is not constricted by a downtown location, etc.?

The hotel did not have my reservation in file. Luckily I was able to show them my reservation on the expedia side. They did say that there are issues with 3rd party sites coming through. The hotel itself was nice. Seemed to have been remodeled recently. The pool is a little small and lots of youth teams, so very busy. The breakfast area is also a little tight, but the omelet was great. The room was nice - clean, open and comfortable.

Remote control for TV very difficult to use. Very difficult to find the programs I was wanting to watch. Very difficult.

Our room was very clean and spacious , it was perfect for my daughter’s birthday sleep over party we had so much fun! The breakfast they offer was really good and so many options even a omelette station which we all loved ! The staff was very friendly and accommodating!

The offered free breakfast had hot and cold items that were delicious, particularly the made to order omelets. Best breakfast I have had anywhere. Yaz also provided excellent housekeeping services. The room was aways fresh, clean and inviting.

The room was very spacious and nice. Appreciated how clean it was. Staff were amazing as well. Breakfast buffet was very nice. I would stay here again. 10/10 recommend for families as well.

Came to celebrate my sons birthday and my sons birthday (we share a birthday) Room was clean and cute. AC didn’t work too well. It was set at 72 and we tried putting it at 64 and it never came down past 68. And there were some guests who didn’t watch their kids at all and they were running up and down the halls and playing in the elevator. So annoying. Not so much the staffs fault but I feel like maybe they should’ve said something to them. Pool area could’ve been neater but kids had a good time. Breakfast was good. Good price for the night.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bar was good. The pool was not in use when we were there.

We called 1–2 hours ahead of our arrival to let the hotel know we would be checking in late and gave them an estimated arrival time. When we arrived, we were told we had to wait approximately 40 minutes for our room to be cleaned. After finally receiving our keys, we went upstairs only to discover that we had been given the wrong room. We paid for a room with double beds but were given a room with one king bed. After such a long day of traveling, having to wait for our room and then deal with the wrong room type was extremely frustrating. We also never received an apology from the staff or manager for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this was not the experience we expected from Embassy Suites, and because of it, I would not choose to stay here again.

And a “hotel credit” that no one at the hotel knew what I was talking about. I’m not sure who to blame on this but it seems like a way hotels.com gets extra money out of their customers. When I called the day before my trip to mention all my extra things I paid for they told me to call in the morning of my trip. When I did that they didn’t know what I was talking about and told me to check with a manager when I checked in. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told they would honor at late check out up to 2pm which was great but they had no idea what a “hotel credit” was. When I called the front desk the day of check out to double check they was going to honor my late check out they pretty much told me To hurry up and check out because they hotel was fully booked and they needed my room. I had explained to Them That the lady said she would honor my late check out, but they said there is not way they could do 2pm they could do 12 but anything after that I would get charged a $25 fee. So I pretty much packed all my stuff and the kids stuff and checked out as soon as I could. I would not recommend this hotel after that experience. Probably will go elsewhere. Bacon was good.

Very clean and the staff was super. Breakfast was also excellent Not enough towels and would have liked an extra pillow and blanket.

First, at the front desk, there were two ladies who did not look very welcoming or friendly. However, the check-in experience itself was acceptable. When we entered the room, the cleanliness was not as good as I expected. The first thing I noticed was the ceiling, which had a huge stain that appeared to be from a water leak. There were also stains around the fire sprinkler fixtures. In the dining area, I found some hair. The refrigerator clearly had not been cleaned, and the trash cans did not have bags. When we were leaving, I checked under the sofa to make sure we had not forgotten anything. I found trash and even a cup that looked like it had been there for who knows how long. That being said, the rest of the room, including the bathroom and bedroom, was fine, although one of the bathroom doors had fallen out of alignment and scraped against the floor when closing. I did not have any other complaints about those areas. The breakfast was actually one of the best parts of our stay, and I have no complaints about it. One more thing that really bothered me was the parking fee. When I made the reservation, it clearly stated that parking was free. However, when we checked out and I received my deposit back, I noticed that I had been charged $11 per night for parking. This was not something I expected based on the information provided when I made the reservation. Overall, the stay was okay, but the cleanliness, the bathroom door issue,
