Embassy Suites by Hilton Tulsa I-44

My stay at the Embassy Suites in Tulsa, Oklahoma, was truly amazing from start to finish. The entire property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment throughout. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the incredible staff; every team member we encountered was remarkably friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with a smile.

An overall good stay. No complaints here.

The breakfast was great and the rooms and building were clean. The pool was closed for a remodel but there was never any work going on the 3 days we were there. Made me wonder if it was an excuse to close it during the busy season as one less thing to upkeep. No a/c in the gym area. Front desk staff didn't have much of a welcoming attitude and many times couldn't answer my questions and would have to go to the back office to ask the G.M. Instead of here coming out and assisting she sent the clueless attendant back and forth. There is a shuttle on site but I was quoted 50.00 for a 6 mile total trip. If it weren't for the breakfast and the friendly crew in the restaurant and bar area I would have cut my stay short considering the amenities available vs.the price of the stay.

We had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was welcoming and kind! Will stay there again!

The room was great and very convenient when traveling as a family; had 2 separate rooms with one king and 2 double beds in adjoining rooms, 2 bathrooms, and one common area to relax in. They have an incredible complimentary breakfast, however this time food temperature was a little cold. The only issues we had was that pool was closed for cleaning and as we promised that grandchildren they could swim, are only option was to go down the street to Hampton Inn and pay $25 to swim (would like to have gotten a refund back on the room). The other advise would be to place a larger trash can in the common area, filled and overflowed quickly with 2 families in the suite.

The room was very clean and the staff of the hotel were very friendly.

Always love the Embassy Suites

We always enjoy staying at Embassy Suites when we travel as a family. The breakfast and roomy suites are well worth it for us. However, I did not enjoy the long wait to check in, nor the difficulty engaging the deadbolt in my room. Our fridge didn’t work however it wasn’t a big deal as we didn’t have anything to put in it. I did find a dead cricket on the side of the fridge which grossed me out and there were black smudge fingerprints on the ceiling of the bathroom which I assume was from someone doing work up there. The room was somewhat outdated but all in all, these few items were not enough to discourage us from staying again. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating and we had a great time. We would stay here again.

We loved everything about our stay at the Embassy suites in Tulsa. The only issue that came up, which was not the fault of the hotel’s, was that the heater on the pool wasn’t working correctly. They didn’t know about it until we told them. They promptly got someone on it to look at it, but unfortunately, they had to order a part, the kids still used the pool, and we had a great time. We were also there Easter weekend, and they had several egg hunts on Friday night and Saturday. The kids loved it!
