Location and price Employees were not familiar with ADA LAWS.

The price was on point and the bed was really comfortable. Water pressure was very nice. The room wasn't hot but it was like something was causing condensation on everything, floors and furniture. Even your stuff after a night. Your feet would stick to the floor. The breakfast wasn't any better. Watered down orange juice and waffle mix.

Room was clean and staff were helpful
-
Disabled shower floor was a bit stained but other than that the stay was perfect and the accessability was great, especially for the rate.
-
I paid for 4 days, stayed for 1, and they won't refund the money.

The room was clean and the beds were fairly comfortable. The hotel itself was so bad. I have accessibility issues. They had doors that are supposed to be handicapable, but were not. You push the button and nothing happens. No one even tried to help with the door. The check-in was ok, but the woman was not very receptive. Our room looks looked like it was once nice, but no more. Built in large spaces with nothing in them. No tables or chairs, and the sink where the kitchen once was didn't work. There was no coffee maker or kettle. I called and asked them abourt it and they told me it wasn't a requirement so they didn't offer it. No iron or ironing board. NO closed closets and no drawers anywhere. There was a large mini-fridge and a microwave, but we had to leave our valuables just out everywhere. Air-conditioner is a wall air-conditioner that was somewhat loud. I was ok because I am used to white noise. Bathroom was clean. No breakfast our first day except waffles. The manager said they just put out a certain amount and when it is gone, it is gone. We were at breakfast at 8am and it goes to 10am. Second day breakfast was better, but we ate at 6am to get a decent meal and this wasn't great, but was okay. I felt that the hotel was dingy looking in the hallways and felt in need of some care.

The room was clean and comfortable. However whenever we flushed the toilet, we had to lift the toilet top and fix it so that it would fill the tank. Also, the elevator was working correctly. It took 6 minutes for the doors to close and then it jerked the whole time it was going up and down. We said something to the front desk and their answer was...yeah, it does that...??!!

It didn't smell good.

No coffee maker in the room and none available after around 6 pm. Breakfast was just sad. Lukewarm microwaved sausage patties, the standard PEX dispenser waffles, and stale cereal. Cold biscuits and watery canned gravy. No juice available, no milk other than an open pitcher on the counter. I could see myself staying again, but I would be aware that I needed a thermos and that I shouldn’t count on the breakfast provided

Staff was very friendly. Thank you!

Light beside the second bed was burned out. Small sink in kitchen wasn't hooked up to water. Dont know why, both supply lines dangling under sink.
-
Our TV didn't work and was there for 2 days. I reported it and was told that's we had to keep restarting it to make it work and reset it. RM 116.
-
Our TV was out. We were told to disconnect the cable and reconnect. Even after doing so, the TV froze and sound constantly went out. The bathroom in need of sink repair. The floors were dirty. Lots of stains on bottom bed padding.
