Había cucarachas , olía mucho a cigarro a pesar de que pedimos uno que no oliera a cigarro

A lot of damage inside the room. There were no blankets on the bed, no towels in the bathroom. A poorly assembled office chair. The AC barely worked. The beds were uncomfortable half broken down. The only amenities were a TV and minifridge and microwave. They did not offer any breakfast.

Room Ok

They waited til 2 days before my trip to cancel my room!

We ended up leaving and finding a different hotel. When we entered the lobby, it smelled like cigarette smoke. When we got off the elevator, there was a different terrible smell. When we entered the room, there was a third terrible smell. The carpet was very stained. It looked like a wall-mounted light had been ripped off the wall without repairs being made. The sheets did not look fresh and neat. There were no blankets or comforters. Each bed had only one small, lumpy pillow. It looked rundown and uncomfortable, so we left. I wish I had thought to take pictures before we left. (Of course, what we had paid was nonrefundable.)

The only thing wrong with our stay were the handful of ppl on the property nodded off on phentanyl. But honestly they weren't bothering us. The staff was super helpful and accommodated our service dog and super early check-in without a fuss. I was disappointed the pool was closed but maybe next time. I love visiting Tulsa!

The place was horrible

This was so bad that I ended up not staying at the hotel. I had to find another hotel to stay at. I felt unsafe in a nutshell it was vile, revolting, and disgusting.
-
The place smells, the faucet for the bathtub was dripping, talked to the front desk and they said they would have the maintenance guy fix it, it was not fixed after I got back from the concert I went to. The A/C also did not work and the door to the outside did not lock
-
They had all kind of construction going on, the key card to my door never did work, room was a pit, the door COULD NOT LOCK, and every time i turned around the door was partially open. To their credit, it was no problem getting the refund, the guy understood why i was only there about an hour and a half, and hopefully they will have that room taken care of before trying to put somebody in it.

Nothing They had sold my room after I made reservation
-
This is a homeless shelter (not opposed but don't want to stay in one), police in and out of parking lot, shopping carts all over and many windows on upper floors open. People obviously camping out in back of pkg lot (seem to disappear as police pull in) and pool covered over. Drove in and didn't feel safe to get out of car.

I reserved 2 rooms through Expedia at this hotel for my sister, her husband and my nephew. When they got to the hotel, they were told that the reservation showed as being cancelled by Expedia and that they were sold out of rooms. Absolutely unacceptable! We had to scramble to find them another room, which fortunately, we did using a different booking service.
-
Hotels.com pushes the ability to pay when you arrive but, that was news to the hotel. The hotel did not honor my reservation made under Hotel.com and then gave my reserved room away. I didn’t realize it until I was on the road and had to turn back. This totally ruined my trip!

Was contacted the day before travel and advised there was a glitch in the system. However there was no glitch the price i was quoted was tripled in price due to an even in the area that same weekend. This was unacceptable
