Pool and room size and beds where soft The check in was was terrible due to the woman running the front desk she was not happy never wants did she ever smile she acted like it was an inconvenience for us to check in then we had problems with the keys and she straight said that it is my fault that the keys are not working because I must be touching it to my mobile that's not what was happening the keys just would not work they kept going out also my room I had to clean it before I brought my son's and husband in then my 7-year-olds found lubrication bottles on the floor after swimming I went to go turn the shower on and the shower head almost hit me as it came flying off check out was better the man running it was nice but they're supposed to refund the $100 for the deposit and that has yet to happen I do know it could take a couple days with banks but with venmo as soon as you post it's instant so not quite sure what's going on there but I will fight for my deposit back seems how I did all the work and I had to clean my own room.

The elevator was not working and it looked like it had been out of order for a long time. The hotel did not present very well. Felt tired and needed a good clean and sprucing up. Worst part was walking into my room and finding a roach in the bathroom as soon as I got there. I checked in late so I didn’t feel like finding another hotel but I had to do a full search of the room before I could relax.

Canceling my stay and going to the Hilton embassy suites There was homeless people all outside of the building there was mildew and mold on the walls and floor and the pool look unmaintained and cloudy

Not too bad for the price. Room was clean and decent. Bed were very comfortable, but sheets had stains and holes. There was almost no traffic noise or noise from other guests. AC worked well. Property showed age. Carpet in hallway smelled musty. There were spots in the room where carpet was pulling apart. Breakfast was okay. Hot foods were lukewarm, at best. Hot tub was not heating properly. Pool was okay. Again, I felt the value of the amenities matched the price.

The one nice guy who works the morning. It was too hot, dirty, breakfast was bad, food left in the hotel room. We were told we were getting a double room and NEVER DID! So we should get the refund of half

The person at the front desk was very pleasant. The pool was in functioning order the hot tub had bubbles but no heat. The room was not thoroughly cleaned when we got in there. Went to the front desk and she came and immediately took care of it. Okay place to stay for the price.

The hotel is fine. It’s reasonably clean and quiet. The breakfast is ok. Hard boiled eggs, bagels, waffles, cereal. The only issue I have, is out of the control of the hotel. It’s the apartment building next door. (There is a metal gate separating it from the hotel). Around dusk. There was some pretty significant drug activity going on. A lot of hand to hand transactions. In the morning I woke up and. Woman was sleeping on all her belongings in the middle of the parking lot. Her and her belongings were gone by 8am. Around 9am, 4 police officers were kicking people out of the lot and they were very vocal about not wanting to leave. At first glance the neighborhood seems fine, when in reality it’s pretty sketchy. I come to the Tulsa area for business twice a year. I think I'm giving up staying in this town and going to push through driving further and stay in another town.

They had no air conditioner. When we asked for a refund to go somewhere else they refused so we had to stay one night before they gave us a refund on the second night

Sewerage smell due to leaking toilet
