Good overnight stop and convenient to airport. Parking lot was safe. Room was clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Hot items for continental breakfast. Good value for the price. I will use again. I can't rate the Wi-Fi since I didn't use it.

The amenities were fine It has been almost one month since you took a $100 deposit for my stay. I am still waiting for it. Every day I look in my Cash App and it says “pending.” When I’ve called about it all y’all tell me is some crap about how it can take up to 30 days and that’s just crap because I’ve gotten it in as little as four days before. I want my money back. 30 days is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable and every time somebody ask me for a recommendation of motel, I tell them this story and tell them not to go to your place.

My bathroom didn’t work or flush resulting in having to switch rooms and in the second room, our electrical outlets on the front half of the room did not work either. The pool was questionable as well with the water being so cloudy I was unable to see my feet and there was a strong fume of chlorine and gas that made my family and i cough and sick. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It wasn’t horrible for the price but not the best maintained.

Don’t park in spots facing the hotel next to the front door. Came out to find my car covered in bird poop. There are some trees there and I guess they took up residence overnight.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The most unapologetically-unavailable staff. They were out of clean towels, when asked. They were out of over half the breakfast items. The pool was GREEN. Couldn't even see the design on the bottom and sides of the pool. Someone tried to break into the room from the adjoining room in the middle of a night. No toilet paper holder. Only one working light bulb in the bathroom. This is an example where you get LESS than what you pay for. Avoid at all costs.

Air conditioning barely worked. I didn’t mess with the breakfast. I would have asked for some kind of discount due to the AC but just wanted to be on my way.

The new beds were great, slept well. However, the elevator really needs to be thoroughly maintenance , not sure how it passed inspection. Experience with elevator very poor.. 😕

Our room smelt musky or a little moldy but not too bad, some water damage in the bathroom and the bathroom door didn’t close all the way but other than that it was good. Also the pool room was burning up, the hot tub wasn’t hot and the pool was a little cloudy but still swimmable the kids had fun. Overall good.
