Insect issues

The hot tub and pool, bed was hard but comfy. The jets did not work very well, the hot tub was not very hot, the TV did not work in the living room. No blankets or sheets for pull out couch

Manager was rude. That was problems with check-in with Expedia. TV didn’t work, there were stains on the sheets, shady characters outside the facility. Everything updated hotel deposit was higher than the fee for the night.

Location and staff very friendly and helpful. Out of the 4 days I asked twice to have my room cleaned and bedding changed not one time was it cleaned or bed changed out. Also requested clean towels and none was available. And this was a no smoking facility but literally can smell smoke in the room.

Nothing It smelled of smoke. Things in our room were broken. Was told they couldn’t bring me the bedding because there was an incident and the cops were in the lobby. The parking lot was full of homeless people even had one follow me inside and was badgering me for my personal information and because no one was at the front desk I was very uncomfortable. Front staff went missing and was very unhelpful. Pool was cloudy and the windows were all broken. And there was no food brought out for the breakfast we waited 30 min for food and when nothing showed up we left.

Not a good start at all the ac didn't work I the first room took 2 hours to get a new room then another guest threatened my wife and kids and had to call the police its not a good hotel to stay at if you have a family

Property smelled like pee.

I was very disappointed with my stay. When I first arrived I was told there was no hot water. When we got to the room it looks like the bedding was never washed. There was make up on their. There was not enough towels for 6 people. The homeless hanging around the property was unsafe. There was one naked and doing drugs right next to the property. The fire exit was propped open so any one could have gone in. Staff had their kids there while working. Including random people sitting in the lobby charging their phone. The previous times we stayed there was better. Now it's gone down hill and very unsafe.

Dirty room. Odd smells. Dirty pool/hottub. Broken ice machine. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast needs help!

We checked out after one night and went to a better hotel. The hotel was really dirty not well maintained. It was not in a safe area.

This place was horrible !! our room was not clean at all!! bed bugs and blood on the sheet smelled horrible too we did not stay we got out of there as quickly as possible

This could be a really great property with some updates and care. There were broken cabinets in my room, a broken air conditioner and some of the carpeting tack strips are getting thin meaning I could feel the sharp points at times. The staff members were nice although not always able to be helpful. Breakfast was disappointing, I skipped it completely on the last day of the trip and there were some homeless individuals spending time in the parking lot at one point. There were some good points though, the bed was comfortable and because I had booked a suite I had a pretty large jetted tub in my room. The tub was nice although the jets weren't very powerful. I probably wouldn't stay here again but I've also been in worse places.
