I honestly don’t have much positivity to say or share about this stay; We’ve been going to this Quality Inn for 5 years now & never have we ever been this disappointed. Started off with the front desk lady having the attitude that she would rather be anywhere else but there/her place of employment. We got to our room that was so dirty, I picked up 2 handfuls of wood pellets & was confused at why the room was this dirty.

Pleasant

Great place to stay but the beds are very uncomfortable it feel like you’re sleeping on the sidewalk

One of the lamps flashed off and on and off and on.

Not as clean of a stay as I was hoping.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly and responsive..

Very good

Price good, clean, comfortable bed Strong crayon/oily machinery smell in the elevator; Torn carpet in hallways; Water damage and blowers running on first floor; Heavy smell in the room; Desk clerk would not give extra pillows; No door knob on bathroom; Long beads of caulk left on tub where a rigid door was previously located and replaced with a shower curtain.; Common restroom on main floor locked not occupied - with no one around to open

The room was stale and...

Exceptional

Nothing they can do about it, but the set up of the hotel is very weird. The halls (as you walk to the room on the second floor) were "wavy". The way the bathroom was - I had to keep my arm up on the toilet to avoid hitting the toilet paper. No grab bars in the shower, and it was slippery. Floor in room had not been washed (maybe a once over with a vacuum but there were spills in a few places. BUT the bed was comfy and the actual shower was good.

This place is always a great value, staff are always friendly and helpful, very pet friendly with a reasonable pet fee, decent breakfast. Ive stayed here several times and keep coming back. This time my room smelled a bit moldy, not fresh. The room wasn’t as clean and crisp as usual, noticed rust on bathroom fixtures like moisture is an issue. My microwave didn’t work and when I used the sink stopper in the bathroom sink, it wouldn’t open back up. My friend stayed in another room, didn’t have any issues at all.

Had a short overnight stay, worked out great

The staff was awesome, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and breakfast was great. Perfect stopover for our trip!!

Good

The room was clean and the meal was good, our bathroom was very very small, not much room to move around.
