Best Western Plus Tulsa Inn & Suites

The faucet was dripping constantly but slowly. The shower control was very stiff and we were only able to get lukewarm water for our bath and shower.

Clean room, simple breakfast, parking situation was ok

Breakfast had no flavor

Breakfast No quiet hours followed, poop in the pool, sketchy part of town, front desk didn’t answer my phone calls 2+ tries.

It was cheap, and pretty clean. The food wasn't great but it was free, and the coffee machine in the lobby was nice. There were holes in the sheets and the hand soap dispenser fell off the wall. The walls were thin and we could hear anything that went on in the hall, which disturbed our sleep.

Everything Nothing

The tub inside the room was nice. The bed is super hard, the jacuzzi tub spit mold out when turned on. But that’s about my only couple complaints

I love Best Western Plus hotels... this one was just as great as the others. Clean, comfortable, and I love the big breakfast! Also this particular location had a water bottle filing station AND a Nescafe espresso machine. It was a special treat. Thanks!

They told me they had a hot tub there when I called before I booked the reservation and I get there and there was no hot tub. The shower would not come on in the room so I could not shower before my special event. I went to the front desk. They were rude. They charged me twice for the room and then tried to argue about it and then they called me and said oh sorry we see it was charged twice even though before I left there I showed them it was charged twice.
