We got there and after sitting in a line for over an hour we’re told we did not have a room booked, even though we had a booking.com record. Very insolent reception people.
-
The ac worked very slow. The laundry room. Trash was over flowing. You could use better coffee.
-
Price Room was filthy and had roaches. Asked for a refund but never got the refund. Doors to the elevator looked like a prison door.
-
Love the kitchenette, & how spacious the rooms were They had piss poor cleaning services. We had roaches in our room, & our bathroom door kept literally getting stuck every time we’d close it, so we couldn’t shut the door.

This is not a place to stay on vacation. IT IS A PLACE THAT PEOPLE LIVE. The floor was so dirty that we had to wear shoes the whole time and most of the furniture was broken. We liked nothing and im glad I lived though it. I had to bring my dirty towels down to the lobby to get clean ones. There were broken windows and the toilet did not work most of the time. The door lock only read the key card 1/3 of the time. The lobby door did not work correctly. Every thing In room was damp all the time. The non smoking room smelled like weed the whole time.

Everything was what I expected for an extended stay, BUT, I was on the ground floor and apparently there is a doorbell that people have to push to get an employee to let them out at night and that thing went off ALL NIGHT LONG! The door coming from the lobby to the hallway slams loudly. You really have to come up with a new system or have the overnight employee stay at the desk. One instance the doorbell rang repeatedly for at least 10 minutes, and I heard her say that she had gone to the bathroom. If I ever stay, there again I will have to insist on a room on the upper floors. Daytime front desk people were friendly and helpful with directions.

Room was not clean. One of the chairs had food crumbs in it, refrigerator was not cleaned in the inside, cabinets were dirty on the outside, bedside lamps were broken, toilet paper holder was broken, wall large picture was broken and hid behind the couch and the room had Roaches!

Not at all
-
Location There was a used needle in the bathroom of room 523 and there were also cockroaches in rooms 522 and 523. They lock the front door at 11pm with no way out unless they buzz you out

Upon arrival, I noticed a few sketchy people loitering around the parking lot. I thought it was strange that I had to use my key card to enter the rest of the hotel after check-in. I've never stayed at an Extended Stay America before, so maybe that's normal? Thankfully, our room was clean, but the hallway floor was sticky. I had an uncomfortable feeling about some of the people staying in the hotel. Safety was questionable and once it got dark, we kept our doors locked and didn't go out for the rest of the night. The following morning, a couple of women were having a loud fight outside of our window. I had the weird feeling that unsavory people might be living there. Our toilet also stopped flushing. At check out, we were handed a disposable coffee cup with a small packaged muffin and a granola bar. The whole experience felt a little off. Not likely that I would stay there again and wouldn't recommend taking families/children there.

Just need coffee pot and dishes for the kitchen

I would have to say this is the dirtiest and nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and all my life. The floors in the lobby were stickier than a movie theater the place stunk of marijuana. Cabinet doors were missing stove was so rusty. If you plan on staying here, I would highly recommend a tetanus shot and a malaria vaccine sleeping in my truck would’ve been a cleaner safer option than this place. Definitely not a place to bring family or children I think the cockroach that crawled across the tablewas the cleanest thing in this place.
