Everything was what I expected for an extended stay, BUT, I was on the ground floor and apparently there is a doorbell that people have to push to get an employee to let them out at night and that thing went off ALL NIGHT LONG! The door coming from the lobby to the hallway slams loudly. You really have to come up with a new system or have the overnight employee stay at the desk. One instance the doorbell rang repeatedly for at least 10 minutes, and I heard her say that she had gone to the bathroom. If I ever stay, there again I will have to insist on a room on the upper floors. Daytime front desk people were friendly and helpful with directions.

Doesn't matter if i book through you, i pay their price. Ran my credit card without authorization and it denied because I locked it. I was standing at the front desk, my phone dinged, and it alerted me. I didn't use that card to pay that day. Read above.

The suites were roomy, plenty of space! Room was not clean. One of the chairs had food crumbs in it, refrigerator was not cleaned in the inside, cabinets were dirty on the outside, bedside lamps were broken, toilet paper holder was broken, wall large picture was broken and hid behind the couch and the room had Roaches!

Not at all

Location There was a used needle in the bathroom of room 523 and there were also cockroaches in rooms 522 and 523. They lock the front door at 11pm with no way out unless they buzz you out

Upon arrival, I noticed a few sketchy people loitering around the parking lot. I thought it was strange that I had to use my key card to enter the rest of the hotel after check-in. I've never stayed at an Extended Stay America before, so maybe that's normal? Thankfully, our room was clean, but the hallway floor was sticky. I had an uncomfortable feeling about some of the people staying in the hotel. Safety was questionable and once it got dark, we kept our doors locked and didn't go out for the rest of the night. The following morning, a couple of women were having a loud fight outside of our window. I had the weird feeling that unsavory people might be living there. Our toilet also stopped flushing. At check out, we were handed a disposable coffee cup with a small packaged muffin and a granola bar. The whole experience felt a little off. Not likely that I would stay there again and wouldn't recommend taking families/children there.

Just need coffee pot and dishes for the kitchen

I would have to say this is the dirtiest and nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and all my life. The floors in the lobby were stickier than a movie theater the place stunk of marijuana. Cabinet doors were missing stove was so rusty. If you plan on staying here, I would highly recommend a tetanus shot and a malaria vaccine sleeping in my truck would’ve been a cleaner safer option than this place. Definitely not a place to bring family or children I think the cockroach that crawled across the tablewas the cleanest thing in this place.

Excellent and friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Nothing

Nothing, my TV didnt work, told front desk the night I got there, was told it would be fixed but never was, there were burn marks from cigarettes on the bed and blanket, I had no hot water to shower with.

The room was mostly clean and filled with amenities. The bathroom looked newly remodeled. The hallway on our floor smelt like drugs cooking... The stay totalled $430 just for 3 nights because of the insane pet fee. The elevator up/down indicator light barely worked half the time which is concerning. "Breakfast" consists of some coffee that runs out so fast, bananas, and hot water for tea bags. Sugar also ran out.

There was a used needle in the trash can in the room upon check in. There was roaches in the bathroom and the whole building smelled like Marijuana.

Horrible! Hotel smells like weeds. Clickers and prostitutes in and out all night. Roaches and out dates EVERYTHING! Well the microwave was new. It’s a big room. I think people are living there. Has a full kitchen.
