Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa/Central

Clean room. Comfy bed. Nice staff. The location was great for us. The breakfast selections were good. My only complaint is that we had to go to 4 different ice machines to find one that worked.

The lighting in the room needs to be brighter. Sarah was the young lady that checked us in and was very professional and kind.

The night clerk that checked me in was awesome. He went the extra mile to make sure my check in was a good experience. He was very personable and even offered to help my wife and I with our bags. This place is a shining star in Tulsa especially with staff like this

The property sits along with many other hotels so it was very nicely kept. The traffic was not bad near the hotel also getting on to the main road from the hotel was simple very easy on ramp and just a good central location hotel! I can’t say I found anything particular to dislike. The pool towels that are right there are super convenient and really I don’t have any bad to say!

I will say the one good thing, the room was clean. Ice makers were broke, told everyone to go to front desk for ice. We were handed a sandwich baggie!! We said, is this it? They said, wellll how many did you want, 2-3? Unbelievable!!!!! I thought some of the staff were rude! Elevator broke one of our days and the other didn’t sound promising. Went to breakfast the first morning and waffle makers were broke. Went to get dark roast coffee, it was cold. Sausage Patti, egg that looked like cardboard, and some fried potatoes. None of which we ate! Oatmeal was my choice. The rating that was given is WAY off and would recommend it to no one!

I didn't like the fact I had to change rooms my TV didn't work and the toilet was broken. Other than that it was a nice and very clean

Outstanding breakfast!

All of the ice machines were broken on first day but one worked on second day. The jacuzzi was not heated and didn’t work. The staff loaned me a phone charger which was much appreciated. The female staff were all very nice and helpful.

Toilet didnt work properly and there was no ice available on at least 2 of the 5 floors. Clerk didnt seem to care. Poor attitude.
